Love this Starbucks. They may not know my name but they know me as the "Surprise me with good coffee" person. I drive 5 miles to this location because of their customer service even if I am 1 mile away to 2 other Starbucks locations..😍
Note: Parking can be tough or a waiting game depending on time of day or on Promo days. Worth the wait though.

The staff makes you feel at home from the moment you walk thru the door. They even remember your face if not by name. They definitely remember my drink. And they make my custom drink the right way all the time. I drive the 4 miles to this location to get my drink done right. 🤙🤙🤙 Mahalo.

Wow! This Starbucks gets insanely busy, like, near mainland insane busy. I had an online order and I realized they also have a drive thru and even with 5 people working, they still are a bit behind BUT if you watch the staff, they push out SO much drinks from 3 different way (in store, online, and drive thru). It's crazy! Regardless of the busyness, they are able to maintain a cheery attitude! Very impressed. Thanks much!

I don't care how long the drive-thru line can be. I can still find parking, walk-in and find my perfectly made iced coffee from my mobile order, ready to go. The Baristas are always friendly! I love their Customer Service! More importantly, they have been really CONSISTENT with making my iced coffee the way I've always wanted it with the way that I had it set up through the mobile app. That is why I chose to go to this location instead of the other Starbucks in Mililani. Waipio Starbucks! PERFECTION AT ITS BEST!!!

Had some type of gathering of 8 people, inside w/masks but not social distancing. Lots of noise and barista could not hear my order. Staff however is great on a normal basis

My wife just had braces and I am looking for something soft for her. Lady at the cashier offered me a take a sample when I wanted to try how soft their blueberry bread is since my wife loves blueberries. Very good service. Two thumbs up for that.

Fasted Starbucks I’ve been to, very clean and friendly! Love this one ❤️ I like coming in Saturday’s before Costco opens and enjoying a nice coffee!

Bring one of the only drive thru Starbucks on island, this one does a pretty good job keeping up with the flow. I ordered an iced make pecan late with cold foam and it was delicious. Not too sweet, not too milky. We always go here when were on the area and they treat us right.
