The workers were personable. Service was quick. I had a small order of noodles, 2 shrimp tempura, Teri beef and a corned beef hash. Food was good although I had to use napkins to dab off oill from the tempura

Since Hashis changed their noodles I’ve noticed a big improvement on taste. Noodles aren’t dry or overcooked.

Best place for Fried Min/Noodles on West Side in Waipahu! Sato Noodles back then was a mom & pop okazuya hole-in-wall place near what was known as Arakawas Store! Still located same place best to google maps for exact location. The menu and price has not really changed at all one of the reasons you could feed an entire family under $20. Wanna get there early if you want Great okazuya items like there corned beef hash patties but its the noodles. Been years since recent visit but got there just before closing so not much items but came for the noodles and OMG it took that first bite and was overwhelmed of with such memories. Highly suggest to visit and try for yourself. Not sure if its run by family but one thing for sure the taste is still there! Mahalo for keeping tradition and Good Luck with everything!

We tried the bento for the 1st time; giving them 5 stars for the noodles, fried chicken and teriyaki. Yummy, delicious. Also , found the best shortbread cookies.

Ever since my two favorite shops with fried noodles (Jurison's and Heights Drive-In) closed, I've been on the hunt to replicate that feeling. Its predecessor Sato's has been around for like ever, but I've never been in that area early enough to cash in. I swear I've tried going over half a dozen times but they're either closed or all sold out. Hashi's took over that space around March last year (2020) and I've heard good things. Finally, I had to take a mid morning trip to the dump nearby and spontaneously decided to drive by after. As luck would have it, they were open with no line but sold out of everything (more than an hour before closing mind you) with the exception of a large order of fried noodles, some chow fun, a piece of fried chicken and some cone sushi. So I basically took it all. Cone sushi was good as was the fried chicken. The Chow Fun was too salty (too much shoyu - you could literally see the brown streaks in the noodles). The fried noodles while good, didn't quite scratch the itch I had. It was interesting because they added some kind of char siu bits on top, which I've never seen before outside of a manapua. Overall a good experience and I will def be back. Maybe I'll wake up early and brave the line one day, but in no rush at this point.

Their food is great. Although, they're known for their fresh dried noodles; they have other great items as well. Such as chicken, hamburger steak, pork chops and bentos. All are freshly made at the restaurant.
