Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

It was a long line at the drive thu, so we decided to go inside. There weren't many people waiting, so we thought it would be faster. It wasn't. it seems like they were taking care of the vehicles rather than the walk-ins. There were many orders sitting on the counter. Probably for phone orders. It was busy.

Roderick the manager saw the store was super busy at lunch today with large orders. He ran up and took our order, was smart, proficient, and kind. Instead of calling our name to pick up the order, he remembered us, and brought our food to us. He went back serving others and the store slowed up eventually. He came by to ask how our food was and we had just finished- we thanked him for such excellent service. He is a complete asset to your store and not only is your food amazing and fresh, the service with him as well as the kindness of the other staff was excellent! Thank you for exceeding the standard. We were pleasantly surprised! We'll be back!

Roderick, the manager, was simply outstanding in all aspects of client services. When the line became long, he opened a register himself and served customers. On top of relieving the pressure of the line, he also expedited orders even taking them to the drive-up customers. When our food was ready, he brought it to our table and as we complimented him on the stellar operation of his store, he even bussed our table. Roderick exemplifies customer service, teamwork, and operational excellence. He is an example for all to see and admire, no matter the industry or field of endeavor. Roderick makes things better!!

The drive trough was excellent very friendly very welcoming. I parked in the front of the store 5 minutes later a very professional young man isaac came out with our meal and made sure we had everything before we headed out I will be back here more often. just awesome Popeyes Waipahu never got service like this from kalihi location so friendly and nice thank you very much
