Bumbye Beach Bar

Tried to get in to Monkeypods, but waaay too long of a wait. So, we pulled in to Andaz and asked if their bar was any good. Valet assured us it had great maitais, so we tried it out. Not only were the maitais FANTASTIC, but the wagyu burger was amazing, and the bartenders were the BEST. The view was spectacular and our overall visit was great. I highly recommend this place!

Excellently balanced oceanside cocktails with a lovely food menu to supplement. Fresh ingredients, hand made syrups, and quality liquor, along with skilled bartenders. Appreciated their drier take on an old school mai tai, not syrupy at all. For non-hotel guests: come at a quieter time (like late afternoon on a Tuesday). Don't make the staff choose between hotel guests and visitors, respect that they have an obligation here. Park at ulua, walk along the path, then either sit at the bar and chat up the staff, or do take out so you can enjoy the sunset at the beach just steps away.

Very friendly staff, well done food and drinks. On our second day my wife and I got a really nice surprise, since kitchen was running late with our order, the fantastic people at the bar offered to pick our tab for lunch and drinks 👍👍. That's the way to treat your customers!!! Thank you for making our stay a memorable one. Highly recommend!
