Wendy's

Stopped in at Wendy’s in Wadesboro to grab a quick bite while we were on the road. My husband recently had oral surgery and this was his first meal since the surgery. We specifically chose Wendy’s because a baked potato was a good option for him. Due to his recent surgery he is supposed to rinse his mouth out with warm salt water after he eats. We were not prepared for this as we were on the road. The young man working the counter and the manager were extremely helpful in getting us a little bit of iodized salt in a paper cup so he could go into the restroom and take care of his mouth. The food was exactly as you would expect from Wendy’s… Tasty and fresh. The customer service was exemplary! Way to go above and beyond Wendy’s Wadesboro!!

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Employees are very slow. Don't even pretend to have any interest in taking care of customers. With many customers waiting a very long time, two employees were "working" at restocking the french fry container racks instead of putting fries in the many containers that were already in the rack, while hungry customers could only wait and hope. Careless and inept behaviors. Untrained and disorganized. Manager needs to be fired.

Good was as you would expect, nothing bad, nothing impressive, cheap food which is what I like some days so that's good. Staff was very very nice. Only negative, we parked on the side of the drive-thru and it smelled horrible, like you were walking in a trush dump, nasty stuff all over that area.. someone please pay 100 bucks and have it pressure washed. The owner should be embarrassed.. made us leaving smelling nasty after we just ate having to walk back through it. That's why I can't give 5 stars. Overall, don't park on the drive-thru side. Lol

This was not a good Wendy’s. My family and I visited this location at around 11:00 AM on 11/25/2018. The bathroom smelled disgusting. The paper towels were sitting by the sink instead of their dispenser. Worst of all, there was no soap in the soap dispenser. I guess that means the employees aren’t washing their hands. They also messed us my order. I asked for ketchup on my sandwich and they did not add it. My brother got several chicken snack wraps. They all contained much less chicken than is normally included in the wraps. The tortillas were also stale. Overall a bad experience.
