Terrible food, and even worse service!! We waited a hour because they couldn’t get our order right. When they finally brought out the tender meal, our cinnasnacks wasn’t fully cooked. After spending $50 you’d think our order would’ve been correct and our food fully cooked!! I guess the workers were too busy talking to friends instead of paying attention to what the customers were ordering!!

I was not going to give this place of business any stars if I cool. I stopped by today around 4pm to get a drink. Ordered my drink, waited in line, got to the window to pay, and handed the employee my credit card. After a few moments, I look back in and notice the employee with her phone in her hands and my credit card laying directly on the counter. When she noticed me looking, she threw her phone down and handed me my card and receipt. I didn’t say anything but that seemed suspicious. I locked my card and went on my way. I just received a notice on my card that it was attempting to be used at Walmart.com. I denied the purchase. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. The person who answered claimed to be the manager. I said I would like the information for the general manager as I was in earlier today and I do believe my card information was stolen. She claimed that wasn’t it and that they have to type the card number when the reader doesn’t work. I stated that it was the case and I saw her take a picture. She started yelling saying that wasn’t it. I advised I just wanted the general managers number so I could discuss. She told me I couldn’t have it. I advised I would be calling the police. She said “fine, call them” and hung up.

We were traveling for an event in town and we're excited to see a sonic close to our hotel, we got their around 11 pm and we're in a very large truck that wouldn't fit in the drive threw so we parked and walked up to a table their were 5 of us so we had 5 different orders. We were readying the menu when a woman walked out and said we are only taking drive threw orders, I explained are situation to her being a in large truck with 5 orders , the woman then the woman turned around went back inside and then told us over the speaker that we had to go threw drive threw and and would not give us any other option. It would have been nice to get food at sonic but instead we had to take our money to burger king and get food. We will be in town for the next 3 days and will avoid sonic and the rude night chick that works their.

Visited during lunch hours and stood outside waiting to give my order for 15min. I gave up and left because if it takes that long or longer to order its going to take that to get my food and I don't have a hour or more to wait. Definitely not fast food!

The drive-thru was very slow. The person that gave me my food and took my money never said a word. Usually I order with the car hops much faster and definitely a more friendly experience.

I'm not a Karen, I never do anything like leave reviews. But I had an extremely horrible experience with rude employees at this location I placed an order and Waited 30 minutes before before asking what was going on with my order. They insisted that I already got my foodI told them to run the cameras back and that I have all night and I will wait for them to do that and remake my food. Another 10 minutes later she brought us the wrong order. At this point after spending an hour at sonic we just cut our losses and went to the taco bell next door

Food and service were excellent. Would have given 5 stars but I drove around twice looking for a stall with a working display and the unoccupied ones all seemed to be broken. I was unable to pay in the stall due to lack of display.

We pulled up at 11:48pm, and pressed the button to order. 2 minutes later, at 11:50pm, they turned off the lights, and then 2 black girls came walking outside and started yelling at each other and a third person in a car about a drug deal. Apparently one of the 2 cars parked near the door had a guy [cousin to someone else?] in it who wanted his money back for ? some reason I couldn't make out. So not only do the employees close down early, they also do drug deals while on the clock and in uniform. 0/10, don't recommend
