Marginal at best. Employees lackadaisical..... not at all upbeat or any sort of happy moods. Food very marginal, not hot, more like room temp. The better deal lies across the street at McDonalds, at least the food is warm to hot. I would guess despite being only a year old from new, it is doomed to failure. I know I'm not going back again. one star

Well...um. I place my order in the drive thru. I pull up to the window. I get ignored. The door opens and I get to pay. No thank you from this window. Now I pull up to the 2nd window...wait. wait. wait. Oh yeah the window opens. An arm comes out. Here's your bag. Window closes. Um no thank from this window. Nope. I pull off. Hit the road...guess what? My order isn't right. Didn't see that one coming.

Building is beautiful and clean. Employees are all young and friendly. However, can’t understand why I counted 12 employees sitting in the dining room doing nothing, and drive thru is backed up around the corner. If they’re not working, send them home! Otherwise, put them to work!!

I got 2 of the new tacos. This was the 2nd time getting them. The 1st time it was the end of the night and was told they only had 2 left. I asked had they been sitting and was told no. Well the shell was soft because the meat had drained through. I wished I had taken a picture cause it was nasty. Well today at 12:46 pm I tried again same thing, a nasty taco. I gave a three star because I purchased the pulled pork sandwich cause I couldn't eat those so call tacos.

Food is good but stopped here twice and they don't have change. Highly disappointing I pay for food and can't be compensated for it
