Ladybug Family Restaurant

Allergic to onion and green peppers. The salad came out with both. They took my salad back and literally PICKED the peppers and onions off because there was still some left on it. Instead of making a new one, they would rather have me go into anaphylactic. I am sure they don’t keep an Epi pen with them either. Also, the $11 salad was more like a side salad. It’s not worth the cost. Such a shame. Look at the photo, it’s sad.

There is an option to order a meat and two sides from the hot bar or order from the menu. Ordered country fried steak with rice and gravy. Came out separated and required assembly but everything had good flavor. Wife enjoyed her chicken with mashed potatoes. Only criticism is they need to replace the carpet as it has clearly been there over 10 years and reflects it.

Our first visit to the “Lady Bug” in wadesboro nc was absolutely amazing. The customer service we received was exceptional. Our waitress Erica did a professional job of conducting herself accrodingly and single handedly serviced all the tables including ours with a smile. The food was delicious you must try the salmon Pattie’s & lemonade amongst many other things. They accommodate vegans & pescatarians the environment was family friendly and our family will be back very soon.

If not for the service this place would have gotten 1 star. Our waitress (Kate or Kay?) was very friendly. The food left little to be desired. I should have stopped at the wing appetizer. It was the only thing that was good. The sausage was AWFUL. My mother tried to stick her fork into it and it didn't budge, so i picked it up to bite into it. It was so dried up I couldn't even get my teeth into it. We never got the cinnamon toast we ordered. The waitress took it off the bill and gave us dessert on the house, which it too was nothing to rave about. In the end I can't recommend this restaurant unless you are dying of starvation.
