Mcdonald's

Was really busy which was no big deal but my 5 year autistic son had his window rolled down yelling hello over and over again at the speaker and I was trying explain it was just busy to wait when the drive-thru lady rudely said were busy. I told her nicely that was my 5 year old son no need to be rude but I'd come in and have a word with management cause it was unnecessary to talk to people that way. She rudely than told me to get out of line. Went inside and the manager there was dismissive and rude as well. I have always enjoyed this location but will never go there again.

First off my order was completely wrong when I ask for them to remake it they refused and my fries were literally cold and hard. Manger Adrianna was rude and nasty she looked like she hadn’t bathed in days and WAS NOT wearing any kind of gloves or washed her hands in between transactions . But I mean it is McDonald’s so I guess they’re comfortable with hiring from the bottom of the barrel

Seen something that really disturbed me. Cook in the back dragged his hand across the floor just to pick up a piece of paper. A Young lady called the Manger on it and ask for a refund, told the Spanish lady why. She didn't get a refund and she didn't even ask the cook to change out his gloves. THAT'S NASTY! People walk on that area of the floor. You don't know where their shoes have been. I walk out as quickly as I could. 🤮 Would have gave no stars...it wasn't a option.

I counted 7 people behind the line and 2 people smoking a cig right by the front door. Workers cursing behind the line. I stood there for 10 min and was never greeted. When I finally got someone's attention, they'd say they'd be right with me. Stood there for another 5min and I never got my order taken, so I walked out. Worst customer experience at a mc Donald's in 40 yrs.

My BIG Mac was disappointing! See pics. It was slopped together. The fries were cold, and over cooked. We always drive out of the way to go to this Hewitt McDonald's cuz they are usually so good. Even my mocha frappe was melted and way below the line they are supposed to fill it to. My friends meal was as equally disappointing. I had to fast that day for tests and was starving for McDonald's and I got slop. We had to head back home an hours drive away feeling cheated. Pic is exactly what I saw when I opened box. It was put together in the wrong order too. 🙄😕
