The catfish and shrimp were wonderful! The filets were nearly 12” in length. I’ve never had better hush puppies. We chose Mac n cheese and red beans and rice for sides; Yum! Of course I love the hot sauce on everything! The portions are more than we could eat. So, so good!

The red beans and rice were yumm! Def the best catfish I've had since I have gotten here. The Mac and cheese was a bit disappointing. My kid definitely enjoyed it as it was pretty creamy; however, for me, it lacked a bit. Lisa, the server, was friendly and attentive. Will Def go back to try the crabcakes. I would recommend this place if you are craving a whole catfish as I was! Definitely NEED to bring back the stuff shrimp listed on the outside. The prices, as you can see, are not bad either.

It was my first time back after the remodeling was complete. I love Sam's and the remaining staff was and is awesome. I have been going to Sam's for about four years. When I ordered my usual and sat down to eat. I WAS HORRIFIED!!! What happened? They cut the portions and changed the type of fish they usually served. I am sadden that the quality was compromised, yet they went up in price. I get it! Changes are necessary, but the quality isn't there.

Very friendly service. The food was very fresh and hot. Fried green tomatoes are awesome. Large portions, well worth the price. Large shrimp and oysters great flavors. Grilled fish was the best I have had. I will be back.

Fried fish was good. Green beans had hot sauce of some type on them and were to spicy to eat. Ladies restroom door needed repairs. It would not close for privacy. Small environment, clean tables and friendly staff.

Ordered the fish po'boy and philly cheese steak. Both of the orders came with french fries. Very tasty, hot and fresh. We like this place. Tarter sauce was super yum.

Check your orders no matter how many bags. I didn't. Saturday, 26 miles later I find 2 pkg of 6 pieces of catfish I ordered 2-6pc shrimp. Called for the Mgr. but she not in. Monday called again, no record of my first call, still no Mgr. another note. We'd. nothing
