I come here at least twice a week, everything is almost always great. And on the rare occasion that anything is amiss, I just tell somebody (human contact? Unsanitary!) and they go out of their way to make it right. Honestly, this Panera is so much better than most of us really deserve.
Love this location. Service is always fast and the restaurant is very clean. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager Ashley who was so welcoming and friendly. She is working so hard to keep the place awesome. Love IT.
Second manager I met at this location Carla was working super hard and with a big smile. Everyone working at this site seem to enjoy working here.
It was super busy (Friday)when we went but I was waiting for a while for a drink. Instead of telling what the situation was I thought perhaps they forgot because they were so busy I went to sit and a woman brought it out eventually and told me what had happened. They were waiting for the machine to reboot which was quite a while. Food was good though.
The food was scrumptious but the portions are seriously lacking. When you buy a bowl of soup it should be more than half a spoon bowl deep. If they keep cutting back on portions they will be charging for just the smell. They do sell their soup in the grocery store and way cheaper. Good thing there are other places in the area to partake of a meal.
Seriously friendly staff every single visit. I have a Sip Club subscription (which, by the way, if you don't know about it, it's amazing and a steal of a deal) so I'm there nearly daily and every time is a positive experience. My food is always right and fresh. The staff is always smiling and seem like they are happy and supported in their workplace.
Great Panera location. Always pretty quick and great experience. The food here has never disappointed me. Overall recommend
I frequent the Kemps River location often. Tonight, they were out of the two items I actually went there for: the broccoli macaroni & cheese and the avocado chicken sandwich. They were out of avocados at the time of my visit. I ordered the summer corn chowder and Frontega Chicken on Focaccia. I loved the smokiness of the sandwich and the freshness of the focaccia bread. The corn chowder is smoky and filled with corn, potato, and red onion pieces. I'm just not a fan of the chowder. The service was excellent as usual.
Love going to Panera. I personally love the French Onion Soup. Good service and usually quick.
I love the food, the service and the atmosphere. They are fast getting orders ready and have wonderful teas, desserts, salads, sandwiches..... great for a long visit with a friend or a fast in and out. They also have delivery now, which I haven't tried yet. :)
I love this location for work/study. The layout helps it seem quiet even when it's busy. I think the pop music being played is distracting and too loud. I'd come more often if it were quieter.
I have loved the quality, seasonality, and reliability of the foods of Panera Bread since it was my very first job at age fifteen, approximately a million years ago. Real ingredients from the earth, all certified clean food with no chemical preservatives or GMOS or corner-cutting of any kind! Some things you can only get at Panera. The passion fruit papaya green tea! The chipotle mayo! The streusel on top of every tomato basil loaf, oof, genius! Now you’re telling me they deliver, too? Heck yes, long live Panera.
