I eat at THIS location at least a couple times each week. The staff, food, atmosphere, cleanliness, are Always tip top! Anyone saying otherwise can get a gluten-free “knuckle wrap” on me, jk but seriously. Great Place! We have team lunches here all the time too! They’re always accommodating us, even if it’s last minute. One of my favorite spots in all of VB. Thanks for making lunch fun and easy y’all. 🙏❤️💯

Best smoothie I've had from a tropical smoothie. The staff was not only attentive but the young man slinging together smoothies was VERY sexy. Store was clean, and service was exceptionally fast. And did I mention the guy working the smoothie station was extremely tasty... I mean he made very tasty smoothies! Check this place out !!

This location is AMAZING with customer service and meal quality. I have had zero complaints coming here every week for almost 6 months. They’re the best, and so nice. They remade my smoothie for me with no charge when I placed a pickup order for the wrong time. Thanks you guys!! You put all the other locations to shame!!!

Son was in Hospital and wanted Tropical Smoothie so went to order and took it to the hospital in my rush left My Apple I phone on the counter. 1 1/2 hours later went back and they had found the phone and put it in the safe for safe keeping. Made my bad day a lot better not having to go purchase another phone. Big Thank You to the Tropical Smoothie Team working on June 26th.

Went with my family and dined in. We shared a Thai Chicken Wrap with 2 Island Green Smoothies. Came out in less than 5 mins. After we finished all the people that were getting food were all out the door because the food service is that quick! But the smoothies and the wrap were right on it like usual.

I love this place! As a longtime customer of several Tropical Smoothies I’ve been to several of the Virginia Beach locations. From now on I will be a loyal customer at the Lynnhaven Mall store. The place is clean, the service is friendly and fantastic, and the food and smoothies are great. I particularly want to highlight the help I received from the manager Heather. I had a few questions regarding the ingredients in one of the sandwiches due to dietary restrictions and she was very helpful. Knew the ingredients instantly and couldn’t have been nicer. Check this place out!
