There’s a lot of stuff here and there is a bit of a discount because it’s on a Navy Base. It was understaffed when I went there, maybe because of the time of day, but really it wasn’t even crowded. There’s a lot of foreigners working there, it almost felt like I was in Nam or something.

Purchased an iBuyPower gaming computer from this store and so far, works great! Strongly recommend iBuyPower brand if you're looking for a powerful gaming computer that won't break the bank! Also Oceana location has a good selection of gaming PC's.

Within the NEX electronics section sits the NEX Connect phone store. Brandon, pictured below, is more than helpful and extremely patient to answer any and all questions and does not pressure anybody to buy anything. I guess he uses what you call the soft sell technique, which allows potential customers to think about their options on their own time and return, or not return, with no pressure.

I was shopping for a night table at the furniture department at the NAS Exchange in VA Beach, when Lucy came to my rescue. She was walking down the aisle pushing a cart of merchandise when I asked for help. She could have told me she was busy and had to get the merchandise on the shelves. I had narrowed my choices to two and had several questions about each one. So Lucy took the time to compare the specs and check on the prices for both with me so I could decide which one to purchase. I appreciate she took the time to assist me. She was patient, well-informed, friendly, and courteous. Thank you, Lucy!

Seems to have a pretty solid, if not erratic, selection of products.
The signage outside could benefit from explaining more where to find things so I didn’t end up parking on one end only to go to the complete opposite end for the barber services.
Also, seems like the inside A/C was struggling to keep up with the insane Virginia summer.

Beautiful store. Jewelry staff looked at me and my sleeves of tattoos like I didnt belong there and totally ignored me when they weren't. Could get any help there but electronics staff is very sweet, helpful and knowledgeable.

Excellent place. Had an issue with a item that didn't have a price and it hadn't been programmed into the system. The manager straight up said, "if we can't find it, $2.00" and he stayed to his word. It was a small item, but still, the attempt to satisfy a customer and make good on the inconvenience caused by the pricing problem was excellent.

We were looking for a new t.v.. I didn't know what size my husband was looking at. He decided on a 65inch Samsung. The sales person was very knowledgeable about everything my husband was asking. The other sales people were great also. Nice selection to choose from and a great price. Much cheaper than other places we had checked.
