I love the blendinis! Add Nilla Wafers and make cake or pie flavors! The Italian ice is fresh every day! The custard is like ice cream but better! They have more than that. But it is basically just 1. Ice 2. Custard and 3. Happiness
Gelato was delicious! Lauren (who reminded me of Kelly Clarkson) was so sweet, patient and helpful since it was our first trip to Rita's We will definitely go back!
These people are great! We asked when they would have our favorite flavor again and the manager offered to make it for us the next day. When we went to pick it up, the girl working was so nice and let us try some new flavors too. This is the only good dessert place with a drive through near us, so I’m happy the service and sweets are so good
This location is pretty new. As other reviews mentioned, sometimes the line moves slow and I think this is due more to the amount of workers available now than anything else. The young adults working there are generally pleasant and do a good job overall IMO. I happen to enjoy many, but not all, their flavors of ices. I typically get cherry, lemon, or vanilla with chocolate chips added. Some reviews didn't like the cherry but I personally like how theirs tastes. I like the retro lemon they had when they first opened, which was a little better than the regular lemon. Sugar free dragon fruit wasn't one of my favorites. My only gripe really is that it's a bit more expensive at this location than some other Rita's I've been to (in other states).
It's just like when I was younger. Good old soft served twist with sprinkles. Good wait staff. Quick service.
VERY clean inside! Ice cream & Frozen Ice was delicious. Only complaint is that it wasn't any trashcan near outside seating area had to use the 7/11 trash cans across the street.
It was my first time going to Rita’s and I usually have trouble choosing what I want or speaking to people, but the sweetest employee assisted me right away and let me try samples of the ice and hand scoped custard’s and recommended some flavors that she enjoys. My custard was so good I just can't get enough! The sweetest employee, I believe her name is Dafna, helped me sign up for Rita’s rewards to get better deals on future purchases. Big kudos to her, she deserves a raise!!! 🙌👍
I got a cherry ice, it was great, just like I remember as a kid. My family enjoyed their orders too. It was busy but the line moved quickly and the staff was very polite. The manager seemed to know what she was doing and assisted us when we had additional questions. Definitely stop by this Rita's!
The kids loved the Italian Ice and we had the frozen custard. I would take this place over others. Frozen custard is so much better than regular ice cream. It is creamy and smooth.
we had to wait in line for 10 minutes but it was worth it. it was our first time at a rita’s and the girl that helped us, i think her name was mary, was really nice and explained the menu and let us sample a bunch of flavors. the ice with the custard was so good, we will definitely be back this summer
