Ordered a Frozen Mango Lemonade, barista was very helpful and happy in changing my order from a tall to grande. Although there was nothing wrong with my order, It would have been helpful to me if the barista team had better knowledge of the surrounding area.

I went through the drive through and when i got my drink we noticed it was leaking profusely nonstop (the side of the cup was cracked) so my sister parked and i went inside to just ask for another cup to set it in. But they went ahead and remade the drink for me and gave me this little gift card 🥺. They didn't need to do all that especially since it was peak busy time, i just thought it was so nice!

I really like this Starbucks it is located close to my house but it is a very nice location inside... Sometimes I feel like just getting coffee and leaving but this location is nice to sit inside and enjoy your coffee and a snack...

I come to this particular Starbucks every now and then and I’m usually always greeted upon entry. This Morning there was smiles but one Barista stood out name Zaire, not only was there a greeting but she took the time to also ask how my morning was going. To me she took interest, to show she cares, which also meant she built a bond with a customer, to me that’s everything outside of just making my drink or food. LOVE the staff at this location. The morning crew is AWESOME. Even when busy (which they always are) they greet you when you walk in, they are always friendly and professional. I visit Starbucks a LOT and this location is hands down my favorite. Keep doing what you're doing!

Great Starbucks location. Really fast friendly staff. My iced hazelnut latte was amazing. Everything is great about this location. Especially because it’s next to a Dunkin’ Donuts 😎

There are a lot of Starbucks (and coffee shops) in and around Hampton Roads, but this particular location has to be filled with the friendliest baristas around! I'm certain that I was greeted with a smile by every employee there this afternoon, and was thanked for my service (I was in uniform). They were friendly and helpful in answering my questions. I'm glad it is close to my hotel; I'll definitely be back!

This is one of the more consistently good locations in the area, but they do have some issues with quality control of each drink, but the flavor is normally good enough that you can look over the flaws. I will say that they are normally the friendliest location in the area and it's definitely worth coming here.

This is my go-to Starbucks location; it is close to my home, on my way to work, and conveniently located to go run errands. I find that I get much quicker service by going inside instead of sitting in the long drive thru lane. The morning crew is always super friendly and they do a great job making my coffee 👍🏽
