Outback Steakhouse

I'm leaving all 5 stars mainly because of the exceptional job they did handling a situation we ran into last night for my birthday dinner. Mom and l got medium rare filets, dad got the prime Rib medium rare. When I cut into my filet it was raw and cool to the touch. Mom and dad steaks were perfect. So the waiter to money back to have them try and correct it. It came back out just as rare as the first one. He offered to get a new one cooked which I denied at first but my dad convinced me to let them try and make it right, the waiter also said he would remove my order from the bill. While waiting the manager came by and said she was going to make things right for us. She came back shortly and had our bill which she compted completely and then proceeded to give us additional gift cards for the value we would have spent. She personally brought out the new steak and asked me to check it, and it was the same as the first one. So I declined to have them try and fix it and took the dinner home where I'll cook it more and have it tonight. This is the first of many many visits to this location that we've had any issues so I'm not writing this to bash them in any way. The service was great as always and the manager made it right. We still left the waiter a generous tip because he was so great. I will still go to this location in the future without hesitation due to the grace they showed in a bad situation. So my birthday dinner ended up without the birthday buy eating anything but some mashed potatoes. Again thank you to our wonderful waiter and the management team for resolving the issue to our satisfaction. Sincerely Larry Brown III

Sanei was a GREAT sever. She was attentive, friendly, and helpful. She also made great suggestions. I feel the same about Alex yesterday. She was GREAT for the same reasons. And yes, two days in a row. Don’t judge me! Devon the manager was very interested in my satisfaction with everything. We had a chat. It appears that in his 6-7 months here, he has done great things. I didn’t come in for about 2 years due to various issues with staff /management in the past. If you have stayed away due to an unpleasant experience, go back! Trust me!

AMAAAZZIIINNGGG ! It was our first time visiting here. The food was very delicious and fast. The waitress was so kind. I’m so sorry for photo that I already started to eat :) I couldn’t wait for it. The only problem is if you sit corner of the restaurant, the staff might not see you. But the food, the place, the staff, everything was amazing! Thank you Outback ! :)

Madison W. was amazing. I have food allergies and she was friendly about and very accommodating (which is not the norm). She is sweet and friendly and made the whole experience wonderful. Gerard brought our food and was very nice. He was thoughtful about my hot plate and was polite about the food allergy. My food allergies can make eating out difficult but this has been a great experience.

While unexpected, our time at Outback Steakhouse in VA. Was definitely a memorable one but not just for the food. Our server, Sam A. did a wonderful job of juggling not only our table but a few others as the restaurant swelled with patrons. We attended around dinner time and this got busy shortly after we were seated. Sam a didnt miss a beat and her gentle and kind demeanor warmed our table, the baked bread didn't hurt either. It was also a nice change to be greet by the manager, Christy. She made sure that we were doing OK and enjoying our experience. Kudos to both Christy and Sam A. for service to remember. You guys make we want to move in the area lol
