Swan Terrace Restaurant

I wasn't satisfied with how our meal arrived. Crab dip wasn't very hot, my steak was over done and my granddaughter's was under done. They took her steak back to cook some more and we were all done eating before she got her steak back. Her steak was comped but our experience was no where near last year. I was planning to make this annual dinner for my wife's birthday and our anniversary but am now giving it second thoughts.

I always love made to order omelets. The baked potatoes and grits were great. The price to add on breakfast is worth the price when added to your room. You cannot beat it. The views are beautiful over looking the courtyard and lake. The staff are very friendly. I most definitely will get breakfast here again.

An elegantly laid out dining room. I stopped by for breakfast the last couple of mornings. It's basically a buffet with a very limited menu. The food is delicious, especially the omelet station where the chef cooks to order omelets for you. The eggs are fluffy and cooked just right with the fillings of your choosing. The staff is nice and takes care of your needs. My only negative is the efficiency of the operation. Since it's a buffet, they should probably charge you on the way in or way out, which would free up the server to do other things. Other than that, I really liked the place and will probably eat here again on my next visit. Thank you, Swan Terrace, for providing an elegant place to dine while staying at the Founders Inn.

I enjoy eating and lounging at the Swan Terrance, and I think the ducks and geese love when I visit the restaurant. The atmosphere is quiet, and the scenery is beautiful. I love the salad station; always fresh. The food is delicious; I try my best not to eat out too much, but since I have been eating here, I eat there at least twice a week. I enjoyed eating there on Easter, and it was an over-the-top experience. I am thinking about hosting my graduation dinner there.

Had a delicious brunch. The food was so good. Well seasoned. Large selection of food and fresh omelettes that they make right in front of you. You select the amount of eggs and ingredients that you want. Fruit was fresh and sweet. Had the sweet tea. That was also delicious. Didn't really care for the pineapple Mimosa. No pineapple taste. I wish I could've taken some carrot cake with me it was so good. Can't wait to go back!

Everyday they have a great buffet with options for everyone. Oatmeal, eggs, grits, omlettes, waffles, salmon, assorted Meats, breakfast pastries and of course coffee with flavor creamer options. If the food doesn't grab you the gun eclectic furniture will! Get Emily as your server! She is the best lady and wonderful service!
