Have been to a few other locations. We tend to like their food. We got one of The Wave pizzas, which is a very novel idea. 1 half normal pizza, and the end crust is wrapped over to create a calzone. I got a happy hour special two slices and a drink. My 2 toppings were mushrooms and meatballs. Mushrooms were fresh, not canned, but the meatballs were cut up frozen bagged ones. They were a bit rubbery. My wife also thought the crust seemed different from our previous visits. It almost seemed like a pre-made crust you'd get a convenience store. It wasn't bad, it just didn't seem to be homemade. The garlic parmesan wings were pretty tasty! Our waitress was awesome! Super great service, and the food came pretty quickly. The location has a bar that opens up to the outside with some patio seating. Family of 4, with 1 Orange crush, $91 with tip. $10 of that VAB tax and a $2 Supl fee, wasnt quite sure what that was. Doughboys is a staple of Virginia Beach, and even though we questioned the pizza crust, we would still definitely come back.

They kind of have music blasting for no reason… Food is amazingggggg they only have canned sodas to drink, but that’s really the only downside to the whole entire place. highly recommend for good food takes a little while to make but everything seems to be pretty fresh

The bartender was very nice and they were fast and efficient in getting my pizza ready! They gave my service dog a cup of water why we ate!

We had a very pleasant lunch day. The food was everything. The Philly is tasteful with the seasoning the put on the steak. The pizza is the perfect softness/crispy. Customer service was so nice and they get you what ever you need. The location is everything by being right by the beach and hotels.

Overall, a very good experience and their pizza is DELICIOUS! Pretty simple indoor seating with wooden chairs and benches so not very comfy, but the food and wait staff make up for it! They had a two slice deal for $8.88 so we got that, and our daughter got the spaghetti and meatballs. The plate was huge!! And soooo good! Homemade meatballs and sauces! Enjoyed it immensely! :) Highly recommend!

Came for the drinks, but we ended up staying for a lunch and more drinks. Great bartender and wonderful fries! Our bartender Andre was amazing and helpful and everything from food, beverages, and alcoholic drinks were perfection. Fries here are a 10/10. Same for kids meals and drinks! Lovely place and great location that's easy to find.

Everything is a little expensive, but the pizzas were yummy, the drinks are good, and the servers are nice. Lots of seating outside, which was good because it was very chilly inside.
