Ever since I turned vegan, I was always craving a good burrito on island. I was thrilled to discover they had a reasonably priced vegan one! Hands down the best one I’ve ever had!
Within the past couple of years, since the new owners took over, La Choza has really turned things around for the better. You can tell that the quality is a lot better than what it was and I love that you can customize your order and it is super easy to order via their website.
This is my number one spot for some amazing food whenever I'm in the area. Burritos are the best I've ever had, expertly rolled, and full of delicious perfectly cooked protein and fresh ingredients. Awesome friendly staff, quick service, decent prices and only a 5 minute walk from the haven terminal. Been here many times and plan to keep coming back
The best burrito place on Martha's Vineyard! The food is fresh and thoughtfully made, and it's so affordable. - the burritos are HUGE and flavorful. Plus I love that they offer vegetarian and vegan options!
I love La Choza! Big portions and great taste. I usually get a burrito bowl and it never disappoints me. My favorite is the chicken as it has a lot of flavor without the spiciness of other choices - my daughter loves the vegan bowl and will scour the menu of add-ons to design a new one each time.
I had the chorizo chicken Burrito. Delicious! No seating inside. We found a bench and enjoyed our meal.
Best burritos on island, definitely!
I’ve been going to La Choza for over a decade and while I’m aware they changed management in November 2021, La Choza has never failed. The old owners had some whack hours (only complaint I could have), but new owners are open way more frequently and reliably.
Definitely a staple/must have every time I come here, not to mention one of my fav restaurants.
Hours seem to vary and it’s not about the atmosphere. You go in, order and leave. No issue there. But let’s get the house consistent all year for us islanders please! It’s not all about you!
La Choza makes excellent burritos. I like the beef one, although I'm sure the others are also good. The burrito is packed with meat, rice, beans and whatever sauce. I don't usually add 'fixins' but there are plenty to choose from.
The burritos are so full that I make two big lunches out of one.
Loved this place! The food was delicious!! We will definitely be back!
