They were swamped, drive-thru and lobby were crowded, and they still managed to keep their composure get everybody's orders out. My food was fresh, hot, and of course delicious because... Whataburger. There was an issue with my milkshake, but the manager was as polite as he could possibly be under the circumstances and assisted me in where to go on the app to get a refund. I was actually very impressed.

I was asked to pull forward in the drive thru line and they'd bring out my food. After seeing 6 to 7 cars get their food and drive around me I had had enough. Took over an HR from the time I pulled into the drive thru line to when I finally got my food. Everyone was nice about it and gave a refund but to serve that many people behind me their food was ridiculous. A few cars yes but 7.... No. Won't be back. I feel sorry for people that get a time limit on their lunch break.

Stopped by this location on our way to a Sunday baseball game with the family. The line was decently long, but nothing out of the ordinary. We gave our order to a "Jesse" who took our 1st of 4 orders and then told us to "hold up". After he returned to the speaker, he repeated an order that was completely wrong. We told him that wasn't our order and he then preceeded to get smart and called my wife "darling" due to his mistake and aggrevation. This was beyond disrespectful and the worst service we have everyday experienced at this location.

These guys have their game together!
Food always hot and fresh. Employees are always helpful and smiling. These ppl are some hustlers, never see them standing around doing nothing!

Fries tasted like they had been sitting a while. My whatacheeseburger was bland. On my RECEIPT specifically had MAYO ON BOTH SIDES written on it. Guess the cook NEVER LOOKED AT special instructions. Very disappointing..And I like whataburger food.🙆♀️

Right off I10. We went through the drive through. Kind of pricey. On our way through to Alabama. I will mark it as a regular place to stop. Very nice and polite.

You'll pay a little more for your burger than other fast food places but they're delicious! Also if you sit inside, they bring your food to you. Staff is friendly. The lobby is clean and your food comes out pretty quick even when they're busy.
