Last night I ordered a #1 Whopper combo and it was amazing! Everything on it was fresh, the meat was fresh, the vegetables were crunchy and fresh, even the cheese was melted perfectly 😂 I used to love Whoppers from Burger King but they haven't really been up to par, but last night made me want another one today! Thank you to whoever made it! The fries were great as well. Idk if the restaurant needed management changes or what, but whatever it was, I'm glad it happened! Thanks again! Will definitely be coming back!

My uncle was in Pizza Hut next door and was going to order and one of your “ managers” was screaming and cussing out the staff for a charge and they were refunding her money and told her would be back on card by tomorrow and she screamed and yelled until they gave her cash as well to. I know personally I ordered from online at Burger King and when I arrived had no ingredients to make anything I ordered and could not issue a refund I had to come back in day time and talk to manger then.

Order was completely wrong cashier didn't pay attention to what I ordered two of the sandwiches were supposed to be meals the other two sandwiches one was the correct sandwich and the other was not however the food itself was great and made correct

Mahoney is stocking me and savory are too and that's a felony and Mahoney has did a lot to young kids. Love the food.

We have had bad experiences with Vidor burger king in the past. Sometimes i am very reluctant to go there. The food is usually great but the cleanliness and customer service are sometimes a turn off and keep us away. But the last time we visited, we got the best customer service we have ever had at burger king!

Tonight's experience at Burger King was horrible. The manager names was Shaquiqui sorry I'm not exactly sure on the spelling of her name. She was very rude to her employees as well as myself. I was served raw meat patties on my double stacker. My family will not be eating there again for a while. It was just nasty raw meat dirty restroom and rude manager I rate zero stars for the Vidor Burger King.

3rd time in a row something was forgot that i ordered, the place is disgusting and the manager toni is terrible. Vidor deserves better. Since biden and harris have become president everything seems to have gone to s***. Drinks are rarely good also.

Food was hot and right, they needed a management change the last time I was there the service was terrible glad to see good management team working at this location
