Main Street Seafood

Pricey and Not what I was expecting out of a seafood market. I was wanting to purchase shrimp. usually when a person goes to a seafood market, the seafood is fresh. That's why they go. I go to purchase 15 pounds of "fresh" shrimp and the guy comes out with 3 bags of frozen shrimp that looked like they have been cooked already cause they were pink. I told him no that I wanted fresh shrimp like the gallon size bag in the display case. He said it was fresh. They just delivered it that morning. I asked if they were already cooked cause of the pink color they had. He said no that's just they way they look. Im sorry but frozen food is not fresh food. I won't be going back there again.

Stopped in yesterday, April 22, 2019, to buy some shrimp. It was 10 mins after they opened. Both signs said open. Walked in and the guy was starting to put stuff out and said he wasn’t ready yet. His facial expression was not welcoming at all. If it’s a business and you are supposed to be available at the time you open.... wouldn’t you get there early to have your stuff ready, be pleasant, and accommodating to the customer?

Today was my first visit. I was impressed..very accommodating...polite and overall good service...and we bought the crawfish and they were beautiful..nice size...will be doing all my business with main street from this point on! Thank you guys for the customer service and quality product at a decent price!
