Moe's Southwest Grill

The staff cycles endlessly because the managers treat the employees like doo-doo. My kid worked here for a few months and the manager micro managed and treated the staff like children. When he decides he doesn’t like someone, he looks for a reason to fire them. Manager is the reason this location has low morale. Low morale means people’s food isn’t good, the restaurant isn’t clean and the employees don’t care. Don’t treat your employees badly, it will ruin your business!!

I went back today as I was enticed with a free burrito coupon and I noticed the store was much cleaner than the last few times know Vernon doesn't have a mask mandate but not one staff member wears a mask while preparing food which to me is gross. They talk and gossip to each other while making food so they're breathing all over the food, and the prep area looks... Gross. The counter area looks dirty, and the tables aren't cleaned regularly. If you're fine with that, go for it but personally I'm too skeeved out to eat here again, I'd rather be safe than sick.

Apparently the workers are more concerned with goofing off and making sure they are having a good time and crazy thing is THE MANAGER/SUPERVISOR was just watching. They didn't even cut my quesadilla fully they didnt even do that properly, sad. MI get having a relaxing work environment, but for that to overshadow CUSTOMER SERVICE? I think some priorities need to be straightened out here.
