Their new burger was great, a nice mix of saltiness and sweetness. Bread nice and fluffy. Fries could've been better, I guess they were done a lot earlier than the burgers.
Service was excellent, Sam made sure everything was going well. Decor felt a little undecided in what kind of atmosphere the place wanted to be.
All in all, was a good experience!

It’s good. Staff is nice. But the chicken is super fatty and gelatinous. Almost like the chicken was injected as a child. Probably won’t buy the chicken wings ever again. Burgers good.

We stayed at Grand Cascades for one
night and weren't looking for pretentious 5-
star dining so we opted for Kites. It
definitely wasn't pretentious but it definitely
was depressing. It's dark, it's dated and it's
obnoxiously overpriced for basic pub food.
The bartender/waitress at the bar was very
good however. Friendly, courteous and
quick.
I've never spent so much money on pub
food that was mediocre at best.

Stayed at Minerals for the weekend and had both dinner and brunch at Kites restaurant.
Absolutely loved the place. First off, all the food was great. Had a steak that was cooked perfectly and a penne vodka that was excellent.
Brunch was equally as good, lots of options and everything was fresh.
Restaurant has a nice atmosphere and bar area, all of the staff was friendly and professional.
Overall experience was great and will be returning.

One of the worst experiences ever. The food was horrible. Food was not that food. It was cold and not worth the money. The service was horrible. Totally over priced. Spent 57$ on a sandwich and a drink. Drinks should not cost 17$ for 3 sips. Very disappointing. Talked to management and once again very unprofessional and usless to talk to. Management didn't help at all.

DELUSIONAL even for A RESORT RESTAURANT PRICES.
Disappointed to say the least.
Not blaming the staff, nor cooks. As a cook myself this has ownership guilt written all over it. Margins over meals.

The food was okay. They accomodated our group very well while still recognizing the covid precautions. The waitress made a very nice drink for me and the service was good. The salmon was a little on the dry side. The steak was good.

I had a really bad meal here. So did the 3 other people I was with. Everything, from the calamari to the burgers and short ribs were very overcooked. They were out of the beers we wanted then brought us the wrong beers and one too many. Lol. With that said, our server, Mindy, was friendly and understanding. As was the manager who gave us a good deal, since it was obvious that we didn’t eat much at all. I’d like to give this place another shot sometime.
