We get the Famous Star all the time. The employees here are very nice. Only thing, there was a step van in front of me who obviously ordered for several others in their vehicle so it took a lot longer than normal. I think it would be better if they went inside to place their order. They could have gotten 3 cars or 5 by the time they were done. Just saying..

Like this Carl's Jr. here in Ventura. My only 2 complaints are: 1. Young cashiers do not know how to make change. Bill is $19.34, you hand them $20.04 and watch them give you a confused look. 2. I ordered what I thought was a bigger burger for my husband, I ordered the Beyond Burger and find out later that it isn't real meat. The menu does not state this. My husband was of course disappointed and I was not happy. If it's not real meat...just say so.."not real meat"..it's that simple.

My visit was decent. Took 5 minutes before anyone came to take my order. Apparently the only counter person was also managing the driveway. But ordering went smooth and my food was ready decently fast. In the past this Carls Jr was the worst I had been too. It had an odd smell and the employees were rather rude. But they have cleaned it up and seem to have a friendlier staff. Great strides in the right direction.

I went in for coffee and was pleased to find hot and steaming. Yes, coffee was exceptionally good today. The drive-thru took forever too...well, it’s the Oxnard.

Great Customer Service and very Friendly. Food was Hot and tasty. I had a Super Star Double patty it was Delicious. The jalapeno poppers are way better and bigger than Jack n the box. My Lil Family and I we all got full and satisfied and I only paid a Lil over 20 bucks kids meal included. Blessings
