Excellent and clean location with great food. Server lady was very Kind. We did have lunch. My wife fish and chips and I had a cheeseburger with a side of coleslaw. Excellent tasking and freshly prepared. Inside was very clean and organized. Even the restroom was great. Went back for a coffee but the can was empty so the server brewed a fresh one for me. Short distance to the beach. Can highly recommend.

Friendly neighborhood restaurant and bar. Went for lunch to satisfy a burger crave- Mission accomplished. The Whole Ball of Wax Burger was legit. Also ordered the sweet potato fries which were excellent. Went the next day for an Omelet for breakfast. Also really good. The hash browns were perfect. Great, fast service both times. Ill definitely be back.

I so love this place! I wish I can say that about most of the restaurants in Ventura. Indeed... this place is an institution! You will LOVE their food and staff. Such amazing selection of food and you will appreciate the ambience as well. If you're into mom & pop's, this is can be your jam and your... 'gem' ! Alisha (hope I got her name spelled correctly) - She is absolutely amazing! She is professional, kind and personable and takes super good care of the guests that she tends to. I'm so glad this place is still open. I'm telling you... there's a reason why these guys are offering some of the 'best buns' with 'Bitchin' burgers' - :) Keep up the great work you guys! I appreciate you!

This spot hits the spot. We ordered 2 kids cheeseburgers, a kids mac-n-cheese and the Gizmo Chicken sandwich. The cheeseburgers and mac-n-cheese were a hit with my kids; they even put some of the mac-n-cheese on their burgers. The fries were seasoned perfectly. The Gizmo chicken sandwich was so tasty! However, the ratio of chicken to bread and toppings are not even close to even. The chicken breast was so tender and juicy but really small. It was pretty much the length in size of the tomato. I ended up eating the sourdough bread and lettuce halfway through. 4 stars for the taste. I will go again, and try something new.

My kids got the Duke's cheeseburger and I got the patty melt. Our food was really good. Mine was flavorful. The fries were excellent. My daughter did say her burger was a little dry but she ate it anyway. Staff was very friendly. That is something that is extremely important to me. They have a bar so I got a couple of beers to go. The girl behind the bar was not the bar tender but she helped me anyway. She was talkative and nice. We had 3 seperate to go orders and everything was correct and came out within 20 minutes. I would go back and I would recommend you to try it too!

This is a really cool place and they actually do offer veggie burgers which can be made like any specialty burger on their menu. The sweet potato fries and veggie burgers are bomb. My suggestion is more vegetarian and vegan options! Girls at the counter are nice and service is quick. They have claw machines and a few arcade machines in back as well as an awesome outdoor dining area.
