My family was visiting from Maryland. We went to a different Taco Bell and they were out of beef. We went out of our way 15 minutes to come to this location because we really wanted some tacos. Adrian was our drive through guy. He was so friendly and eager to help especially after hearing the “no beef” issue with the other store . He even apologized on their behalf . What a great store , hot food and got our order perfect ! Highly recommend this location :)

Never had an issue eating here as a Venice resident for 6+ years.
Today, they "messed up" my drive through order and accidentally put another customer's food in with mine. Not only did they let me keep that food for free, they refused to let me pay for it or even give it back. That's how you get a customer for life.

So taco bell is just that and you know what to expect, however this vist was different. The day I visited there was only one person working in the entire establishment. That being said this extremely friendly woman apologized and thanked me. She was terrific plain and simple, she absolutely deserves a raise and some help.

Best taco bell been to in a while. Order was correct , hot and fresh, put together well . Usually at other stores they are falling apart . This one, everything was perfect! not to mention I went through drive thru in about 2 minutes. Idk the name of the man that helped me at the window but looked in his late 30s and had tattoos on his arm, he was very friendly, quick efficient and I think he deserves recognition for being a good employee , not many people appreciate the good help that they have.
