Terrible service. The baristas refused to sell me warm/hot water as part of a larger order stating it was “against their policy”. When I confirmed that I would purchase it and that it was so I could make bottles for my crying infant twins they again refused to sell me it. Had I not had two now screaming babies I would have asked for a manager...when did ‘corporate policy’ exempt people from being human.

We just had terrible coffees from here. They taste almost like milk. You do not expect such poor coffee making from Starbucks. I will not be going back.

The worst! Whomever the African American older lady is who makes the drinks should probably just be a cashier because she doesn’t know what shes doing. Every time I go there I am disappointed and she’s always has to remake my drink. Every time! Extra ice doesn’t mean watery dummy/ coconut milk doesn’t mean whole milk. Pay attention people are allergic to some things that’s why there’s substitutions! Just throw the entire barista away! Go to millburn this one sucks.
