This Whole Foods is very spacious and has lots of food on its shelves. I also found tortilla wraps that were cheaper than the price at my local Whole Foods for the same brand. In addition to that, the service was great! I was approached by a worker who asked if I needed help. It was refreshing because I normally have to find someone and ask them but this time help came to me!

This is the best stocked Whole Foods ever. I use to shop at all the locations in Manhattan with the Upper East side being my favorite. This store makes my heart swoon. Food quality is stellar and I love how well stocked and organized it is. The fruits and vegetables are so beautiful and I never have to worry about them being spoiled or spoiling as compared to other super markets in the area. The meat section is where I'm happiest because besides going to my local butcher directly, this is #2 on my places to buy the freshest meat in the area. I think the prices are great and relative to surrounding large brand supermarkets.

First and last time I'm going for a pick up order. I went a couple of weeks ago for a curbside pick up order. The clerk that brought my food stated that due to her safety from other vehicles she can't put my groceries in the car. I was quite confused. I'm parked in a parking space for curbside, away from incoming traffic. I asked her to put it in my back seat not my trunk (because this was the only thing that made logical sense about not getting hit by a vehicle) and she refused to put it in my car. I was in pain with my back so carrying this are not that easy for me. I will definitely not go to this location again for curbside pick up. Lazy.

Generally a big fan of Whole Foods, but this is the worst Whole Foods I have ever seen. It’s basically an Amazon fulfillment center. You are run over by Amazon shoppers pulling orders for customers. They don’t care at all about customers. The shoppers literally push you out of their way. Also, this store has a terrible time keeping the most basic items in stock. This is not about COVID shortages - it’s always been this way. Regularly, they are out of the most basic items - garlic, fresh herbs. Parsley if all things! Also, the store is in desperate need of renovations. Coolers are consistently broken. Ice cream is either melted, or melted and refrozen. The have rags all over the floor holding water run off from the seafood counter. Today, 1 day before Memorial Day, the meat counter was closed down because they ran out of almost everything. Many other better options in nube are.
