I think most people know what to expect from the food when they go to IHOP. Obviously you're not getting fancy cuisine here, it will be simple. I do think that a lot of what they have tastes good, though. I ordered the steak bites with onion rings and mashed potatoes.
My main complaint was that the place wasn't too clean. My table was really crumby with some wrappers underneath. The place itself looked pretty dingy. Everything else was fine, though. Our waitress was nice and did her best to make sure our meal was good. She took my steak back since she noticed it wasn't cooked the way I wanted (yes, I'm that well-done person), even before I asked her.

Our grandson calls I HOP The Pancake Store. Whenever it's his turn to choose this is where we go. He gets the same thing everytime.
Always great service & good pancakes for a decent price. We will keep coming back as long as our grandson keeps bringing us here.

I decided to give this IHop another chance so I visited for lunch today. Not only was the food still terrible but our server was one of the worst that I have ever had. There were few customers and they still were unable to keep up. Most of the customers were over 65 years old.
Customers get better food, larger quantities, and at a lower price at Red Robin, and other competitors.
Crude servers and dining room staff. Inefficient seating that delayed the server from providing service.
The kids menu does not prices so they can overcharge you.

The service was great but the Swedish pancakes were Rancid. The staff happily replaced them quickly. Everything else was great!

Had not been to a IHOP for a while. I do not seem to remember the menu having burgers & dinner items on it. The number of breakfast selections seem to have shrunk. That being said I gave stars for what they are & not what they where. The service here was very good. It was pretty busy but we got a table in a reasonable time considering. The service was attentive and quick to the table as was the food which was tasty. The restrooms are apparently well tended, as I said it was pretty busy.

As for the kitchen, it was disappointing that it took over 45 minutes to make a simple ham, eggs, hash browns breakfast. Although i don't know how many on line orders they may have had, with social distancing, every other table/booth was empty (so the dining room was possible half empty). We were seated near the lobby and didn't notice anyone waiting for to-go orders.
Our server was Olga. She was very prompt and professional. Provided great service and check in on us often to make sure we were taken can we of. In these are trying and uncertain times, very appreciated her positive and friendly service.

IHOP a alright place to eat now and then, no real complaints! Some times they may be slow at their service depending on the day or time and who serves you? Update: went there just the other early morning to get breakfast with my lady. Seemed they had only one waiter and several people there to eat at the same time. Waiter was very nice and friendly and tried his best to do a good job, but still had a few problems getting our food order right. Waiter apologized and did his best to make things right though. Biggest complaint I have is everything we ate was only pee warm at best. I’m assuming the food sat waiting to be picked up after it was cooked and cooled off? So it wasn’t a pleasant breakfast to enjoy at all. Not sure why our food came out pee warm or who’s at fault? But hope they get their act together soon and get food to the table hot and get the order right next time!

This IHOP used to be good. What happened? Only five customers in the place but food was lukewarm and service slow. Our server brought us two teaspoon sized packets of Tabasco Sauce for three people then disappeared. She only came back with the check as we were finishing. The pancakes are now about half the size they used to be. LAME
