It was a very smooth process. We were in the market for a 4 Door Jeep Wrangler. We came into the dealership around noon & left around 6 - test driving a couple of Jeeps. We ultimately chose a slightly used 2019 Sahara Edition that had every need & want. Our salesman - Adrian - was top notch: letting us test drive all over to ensure it was the right fit, extremely knowledgeable about the product he was selling, engaging & very personable. His manager - Scott - was also a pleasure to do business with. We look forward to future business dealings with this dealership & highly recommend you give them a shot!. The definitely believe in nice!

Overall good experience. Salesperson Dina was awesome and worked really hard to help me find the perfect car for me and my situation. Process was easier than expected and most was done over text before I came in which was great. I had a lot of confidence buying my used car from them as I was told that it had gone through a very rigorous inspection process. Only issue was that hidden body damage was found a day after I bought it that was covered under a stick on decal (which was probably there from the trade in). They offered to fix it but, after it was sent to their body shop and I got a call saying for it to be fixed completely, it would need a new bumper however, they would not do that. Instead, the damage was mostly fixed (cosmetically only). The damage can still be seen however is almost unnoticeable now (really have to look close for it so not really noticeable at all). That part of the process was incredibly stressful and made me question what else may not have been caught in the inspection that previously had given me so much confidence. Everyone there was very nice and I really felt that Dina especially cared a lot about making me happy with my purchase. Would be 5 stars if not for the issue with the damage or if they would have replaced the bumper and fully fixed the issue. A used car is always a risk and I was glad they at least made it look decent.

5/5 experience. I am now a happy owner of a Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. My saleswoman, Dina was very easy to work with! She was kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She has been quick to respond to all of my questions regarding my new car. I visited 2 dealerships in Portland before going to this location and had zero luck finding what I want or helpful sales associates. I highly suggest checking this location out and asking for Dina if you are looking to buy a new car, especially a Jeep! Thank you team.

I took my van in with a window issue and some maintenance needed. Gabe was excellent to work with and was very thorough with the extent of what my van needed. There were some difficulties with the warranty so it was kept at the shop longer than expected but Gabe was consistent on updates and keeping me informed about progress. I really appreciated him and all the work that had to go into my vehicle, especially since I know I was not the only client he had.

Adrian Contreras helped us buy a new Jeep for our Daughter. He showed us both used and new options, took us on several test drives and we ended up in a nice new Jeep Cherokee. He did a nice job giving us the pros and cons for the two cars ended up considering (one new and one used). He was very knowledgeable with the features for both, warranties, etc. Took us through the whole process and gave our daughter a very thorough run through of the car before sending us off. Great job. A most professional and wonderful experience. Gabe and the crew did a wonderful job of making me feel at ease and that my vehicle was in professional hands. I don't have enough room in this comment to convey HOW GREAT MY BUYING EXPERIENCE WAS. I've never had a smoother time buying anything, ever. Let alone a car. The whole thing exceeded my expectations across the board. EVERYTHING was easy. Everything. From selection to lending apps. 1, Chandler was exceptionally good at his job and was easy to talk to to boot. And Armon the loan guy was a wizard with the bank and got us into 10 fold the car we thought we'd get. And I feel 100 PERCENT certain I'm happy with my purchase. I cannot stress how incredibly good these guys hit it outta the park. 15/10 would recommend and DEFINITELY will be coming back for more when the time comes for a new car. Fantastic 👍
