Store states that it is 24 hour drive thru online, on the store front, and in the actual drive through window. there is a car parked in front of store, but nobody there to help OR answer the phone. Very poor representation of your business. Will not be back. This has happened 4 times so far. Avoid this McDonald’s.

I live down the street from this location. I love McDonalds. There are times we go every week. I have been going to this one for 4-5 years. I don’t know why I continue to go there because EVERY SINGLE TIME my order is wrong. Not once have I gone and they had my whole order correct. Ever. You’d think I’d stop going by now. But I will find a new location to go to from this point on. Because now my children are involved and every time we get home with the wrong order it’s a disaster.

I went there today about 2:51pm and ordered 2 filet-o-fish with extra pickles. I was asked with they heard me right about the pickles, and I said yes I want extra pickles. Was then asked again at the first window and I said yes. Of course after I received my order and drove away, I was about 10 minutes away when I opened up the 1st one and the Tarter sauce wasn't even on the sandwich. It was on the side of the box. Plus there was no pickles on either sandwich. Both sandwiches looked like they threw it in the box. GREAT Quality work there. NOT. I thought somebody was supposed to make sure the order was done right before giving it to the customer.

Wish I could give this place no stars. I understand drive thru gets wrapped with cars, but you should also take care of the lobby too. Can’t do that then don’t open the lobby. Waited about 30 minutes for our food. Then got told by my husband that someone grabbed our food cuz they got tired of waiting. That’s not okay! Then they remade the food. But it was cold. Another silly thing you had no ice in the lobby. Please learn how to run your store!! Will not go back to this McDonald’s!

Went through the drive thru, paid for my order, went to the next window to pick up, a Roach on the bag as he was handing it to me! When I said something about it to him , he flicked it off that bag and almost in my car. I freaked out saying get it off my car, it was right by the window that I had rolled down. Finally he knocked it off. I told him I want my money back and don’t want their foot. I had to pull forward and wait for the manager. When he came out he said it must have been a fly. Ummm I don’t think so. I’ll never go back there. 🪳🪳🪳

April 3rd, 2022 4:10pm Visited this store in the drive thru lane. A lady was in the first lane on her phone back about 20 ft from the intercom. I pulled into the second lane and sat for 30 or so seconds without service and the lady in the first lane pulled up and got immediate service. So naturally I back and went into the first lane behind the lady. When I got up to the intercom I asked if the second lane was broke and the cashier answered no. I said well I sat there for a minute and nobody answered. She replied “no you didn’t sit there for a minute you sat there for a couple seconds so what can I get you.” I then started to go back and forth with this McDonald’s worker until she called me a b••••. I proceeded to pull up to the first window where I was greeted by a manager who when I asked what was up with that responded “she’s a McDonald’s worker what do you expect.” I only expected to come to McDonald’s, order my food and continue about my day before your angry cashier decided to call me a b•••• now I’m taking this as far as possible. This was rediculous and this establishment is VERY POORLY managed.

This place is miserable. Both the hours and your order are a mere suggestion. A 20-piece nugget will always be short, as counting to 20 is above the skill level of the employees hired. I’ve spoken to the district manager on more than one occasion, and she must be as feckless as the night managers. This location continues to go downhill, and may be at the bottom.

Ordered food and a shake. Was handed my food at the second window and told to pull forward to the line that they were holding on my shake. Sat there for 15 minutes, food getting cold, and had to pull around back to the speaker and voice my frustrations. Only be told that I wasn't supposed to be pulled forward, just go ahead and pull around to the window to get my shake. Yep, food still cold and offered nothing as far as compensation.
