Hardee's

After paying for our order in the drive thru, the girl at the windows told me to go park in the handicap spot and they would bring the food out. Did not feel comfortable parking in the handicapped spot! Then, after sitting in the car and waiting for 10 minutes, my husband finally went in to see what was going on…only ordered 1 burrito so it shouldn’t have taken that long. He walks in to find the same girl that took our payment and told us to park in the handicapped spot was sitting on her phone, while our food sat there, ready to go. She grabbed the food and gave it to him, but it had probably been sitting there awhile, she just wasn’t doing her job.

Worst food ever, and that’s never happened at this Hardee’s location. You all are going to have to step up your game in order to keep my business. I just spent $23.00 on taco shells! Then when I called to complain, a guy answered the phone with “hello”, hung up, and now I can’t get through. I ordered the taco five-pack and 3 of the tacos only had lettuce and cheese in them. I ordered two chicken nachos upon which there was some cold shredded cheese, sour cream, and a few jalapeños…no chicken! To boot, I had to wait in the parking lot for 15 minutes after placing the order at the drive through. I am not happy to say the least.

Wow! I honestly have never been more impressed with a fast food place than I was with my experience here. There are not enough stars. We stopped here on our way to a disc golf tournament. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted. This was our first time at a Hardy's and we were surprised to find the $4 breakfast platters. Such a great deal. My husband finished ordering and I went to wash my hands. I was pretty quick and before I even made it to the table they had already brought our food out. I thought surely it wasn't going to be fresh. But it was! Everything was fresh and hot. The biscuits and gravy were WAY better than other fast food places, and You could tell they change their oil too as our hash browns were cooked perfectly. The entire place was nice and clean including bathrooms. The service was fantastic and the food and prices great! Another thing I noticed while we were seated and eating was the communication between the team. They were planning for what they'd need and honestly I could tell they do their best to stay on top of things without over making anything. Upon leaving, multiple employees waived us goodbye with friendly smiles. As young small Business owners ourselves and someone who worked in fast food as a teen, I was so impressed with how each team member communicated so well/ kindly with each other and just witnessing there team work was pretty awesome. You don't see that in many places anymore! The managers are doing something right. Clearly they have put together a fantastic team that excells in customer service, production, fast food and good buisness. But also sets the bar high for team work in the work place. In today's world that's something any buisness owner should be incredibly proud of! And I hope that crew knows they are making a huge difference. I'm not a huge fan of fast food or going out much anymore as usually we spend more than we'd like for sub par food and meh customer service BUT, for the first time in a long time we enjoyed eating out and felt like we got a great deal. Even though this is fast food joint ... They are an impressive buisness and I'd gladly stop in again. Thanks for the fair prices, the good food, the fantastic customer service and the clean facility!!

Acter someone told her that I was waiting at the register, the cashier nust came over and stared at me. I asked a question about one if the sandwiches and she became rude. She opened a bag and then commenced daydreaming. After one of her co-workers told her that my order had been called, she dropped the bag on the floor, picked it up OFF THE FLOOR and put my sandwich in it. When I questioned why she was using the bag that had been on the floor, she just moved my sandwich to another bag and - without saying a word- handed it to me.
