I stopped in to watch a game (March madness) if my game wouldn't have been on then I would have had to go elsewhere. It wasn't on but the staff went the extra mile to get me a TV with it on. After a few minutes I realized the sound was on a sports commentary show. I asked the manager if there was any way he could match the sound to my game since there weren't many people in the restaurant and nobody seemed to be watching what the sound was linked to. He politely obliged. He tried for about 5 minutes and couldn't get it so he even went to get another manager to help. They got it all synced up and my food was phenomenal as it always is at B-Dubs. I was just passing through for business but they treated me like a local. It was much appreciated and I'll be making another stop the next time I'm in town.
It was my very first time at Buffalo Wild Wings and I have to say I will definitely be back. Our food was hot and delicious. I made a request about a drink that they don't usually sell and they made it for me,I was thrilled. Our server was very attentive and others made sure we were having a great time and we did! Thanks so much for everything!!!!���
After a couple of bad experiences, we tried again.
Service was excellent. Waitress was attentive and despite several "challenges", she did a great job (and was tipped accordingly), it's not her fault that corporate/management sucks.
After several tries at ordering a beer off their "menu", I had to settle for a beer that really wasn't what I wanted. ( I wanted a lager. It appears that other than a Bud, they were out of anything else on the "menu". I am not going to pay $4 or $5 for something that I can pay less than $10 for, for a 12 pack, in the supermarket).
Despite the beer challenge, the food was good. The fries were hot (the wife Hates cool or cold fries).
Somewhere in the future, I will give them another try. But if all they have for beer is lite beer, fruit flavored beer (raspberry), or apple juice; I'm moving on.
Great service all around. Our server made sure we had the correct NCAA game and promptly served our food and drinks. My salad was incorrect and he graciously replaced it ASAP. Will stop here again.
The atmosphere was fun and the food was good except for the coleslaw. I was really looking forward to the slaw with the meal I ordered and was shocked when I saw what I was given. The slaw came as one of the sides I ordered, and was merely the size of a small condiment cup. It tasted flavorless like some pre-made salad bits from Walmart. I was told by the waitress that it's simply the kind of slaw they serve, but photos of other slaw images from Google at different Buffalo Wild Wings locations looked much different (and a bigger serving size). As far as I'm concerned, this was rather a topping than a side dish! I still ate it to get my money's worth!
