We stopped in because of happy hour and we should have stopped at the drinks. Well, at the beer. Now you can’t beat 2 for 1 beers during happy hour. So I enjoyed a beer, or two and some cheese dip. I usually enjoy the salsa, but the salsa was basically a can of diced tomatoes with no flavor. My wife joined me and ordered a skinny margarita. Well, here it’s a skinny margarita because it was so bad that no one would drink it. She ordered a beer instead. We ordered some dish with a tower of shrimp. It was comical that the skewer was held up by a raw onion covered by the meat. I will say the steak was not bad, the chicken a little dry. Overall, not bad, but won’t order again. I’ve been to a lot of Mexican places, and this one is at the bottom. Hit Taco Bell and enjoy a better meal. I gave it 3 stars because our server was outstanding. If it were not for him, only 2 stars and that’s because the beer was cold.

Another Mexican restaurant. The only type of restaurant I've eaten that more than Mexican would have to be small Italian/ pizza places. Chips and salsa. Same. Queso. Same. Enchilada, taco, quesadilla, fajita. Same. Prices. Same. What I did try differently here was the mahi-mahi which was nice and thick and grilled. Good seasoning and flavor. Another stand out part of this visit was our server. Catherine did a great job. So to sum it all up, you won't be disappointed in the food when you go here. But you should stop by just to see Catherine. She does an awesome job and she deserves your money, so tip well!

The waitress was very efficient. The portion size was smaller than normal. The prices have increased slightly. If you remember the 5.25 lunch special has went away along with the weekend special. Be prepared to spend around 50dollars for 3 people with no specialty drinks. The food is still well prepared. Making it one of my favorite places to eat.

Three of us went to eat here today for lunch, they were not busy which was surprising since it was lunch time but they had maybe one or two other tables occupied with couples, so I thought sweet we should get our food fairly quickly. Keeping this in mind it took 45 minutes to get our food, I could only imagine how long it would be if they had been busy. Our waitress although nice, did not come back to refill drinks, chips or dip. It wasn’t until she brought out the food that we were able to ask for refills, and chips. When the food came out it was very disappointing, not fresh at all, zero seasoning and tasted as though it came out of a can, definitely not authentic by any means. Overall very disappointing.
