A local favorite for us! We come here often. The food is amazing and we love the live music. Kid friendly too which is a plus for us. Sunday brunch is a new favorite of mine! Never had anything bad on the menu. Also great customer service which is a pet peeve of mine. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend this place!

Today at lunch time was the first time we had ever been there. The food was great, the service was great and Kalie was the best waitress! Great at her job and very personable. Highly recommend her!

Stopped here while passing thru Valdasta and enjoyed a wonderful dinner. Luckily arrived at 5pm when in opened and seating was prompt. Good thing because the place filled up quickly. A vibrant place with a great outdoor bar and dining area. Music and atmosphere was good and the staff was attentive and friendly although kitchen was a little mixed up and slow. I had the raw oysters with a wedge and my wife enjoyed the salmon with a side salad. The bread bowl was saltine crackers, a fun twist. Enjoyed the outdoor seating and big screen TVs. Would definitely recommend and will visit again next time we are in the area.

Perfect gator tail. Awesome smoked fish dip. Street corn was nice. Service seemed odd??? Went there for music with friends, we sat in a smoking area outside (which is at the corner in front of the building). They didn't come to take our order... Had to go to the bar to place an order. Then wrong orders were brought to our table with three different servers wondering what happened. We really didn't mind and offered to pay for the order and eat it if the couldn't figure it out. I feel if they took the order to begin with, that wouldn't have been an issue... Otherwise great food and vibe. Cornhole was being played on the lawn, children were also enjoying the lawn. This provided an easy way to enjoy the live music while having your toddler run around.

Food was delicious! I ordered the salmon with corn and fries. We also ordered the shrimp which was great as well. We had the loaded queso dip as an appetizer and it was good! The only thing that we were not pleased with was our alcoholic beverages (strawberry fields), it tasted like a watered down sprite. Definitely will not order that again. Other than that everything was great. Waitress was very nice. Overall pretty good experience

This was my first visit for dinner on a Saturday night. The Salty Snapper is a really nice restaurant, clean with tasteful decor. Not sure why they built it so close to the railroad tracks. Staff was young, professional and helpful. Everyone was casually dressed, which is my kind of place, reminds me of Southern California beach towns. We sat on bar patio outside, where live music was playing. I ordered two pulled pork tacos for $11, a little pricey but really good. My wife ordered the nightly special, ravioli and steak for $25. Not a good combination and a definite do not order, I tried it and found steak over seasoned with salt, the ravioli was over done and did not care for filling.. I reordered her Baja fish tacos, they were excellent. Key lime pie was good, but not in my top 10. I would definitely recommend this place, but order from regular menu items,.

Very good food, I was looking for an environment that was welcoming and lively, no band was playing that night but for and the customer service was great can’t wait to come back. I enjoyed the alligator bites and pasta vey filling.
