This must be my favorite McDonald’s, it’s always clean, the staff is always super cool and the managers here really care. They recognize me after all the years I’ve lived in this valley and they welcome me. I think the ability to remember me after all these years and to make the effort to say hello is the main reason I love this place, other than that they are consistently professional. They are also nice, and that’s not as common anymore.

This McDonald's is seriously overpriced (its Vail) and they mess my order up every time I go there. I had a broken collarbone and went more times than I would like to admit and something was missing or wrong every time. The employees are disinterested at best. No one has ever been in danger of being mistaken friendly in all the times I have been there. Rough.

Just passing through and needed my McDonald's fix. Was disappointed is putting it lightly. Sign on the register said order at kiosk. No customer service in any form. No interaction. Order at the kiosk and don't bother us was the impression that I got. Made my McDonald's taste like Jack in the box

What a rude staff!! I watched them argue with a customer over the size of a drink and told him it was his fault as a customer. Then when I got my food I asked for extra bbq and the guy just blatantly tells me no. You can't have any extra. I say excuse me? He goes well it cost extra. I said that's fine I'll pay the 50 cents and he still wasn't going to do it. Then when he went to ring me up he realized they don't even charge extra for bbq. Get your staff trained in proper customer service!!!!

All my friends from Texas think this McDonalds’s design is so funny. It looks super fancy and is wooden like a ski lodge. It’s very unique and it belongs very well since we’re in the mountains. Very friendly staff and orders always perfect. Thank you!

I payed 5 dollars for spicy chicken sandwiches that are just a piece of chicken,lettuce,and mayo. Then I ask for some dipping sauce and got charged for it. What happened to getting your condiments for free.
