Update: 7/4/2022 Used mobile app to order before arrival. Got stuck in the drive thru due to teller not understanding the mobile order process/sand bagging me, then I pulled up to window because other cars were going thru the opposite drive thru and line was backing up. Got to window teller had to get manager to assist with mobile order code, manager said they had power surge and couldn’t take mobile orders at the moment. Asked if I wanted to order there instead of using app. I know things happen but what’s the point of using the app if the store has issues and can’t take orders off the app? To top it off I ordered two daily doubles in the drive thru to replace this order, both sandwiches didn’t have tomatoes or pickle on them! I went inside and got a refund the manager said they were supposed to tell me they didn’t have tomatoes, well they didn’t. Nothing but problems from this McDonald’s, I’ll be going to Carey McDs more then. Slowest McDonald’s in Ohio 3/29/22, 5:30pm. 15 min and only two cars in front of me.

Ordered my food order size was wrong. Associates response was that’s what she entered. No offering to correcting the discrepancy simply pull forward. Sit and wait as others get their food and I wait for about 4 mins and then the shirt older blonde headed lady slings the door open and rudely says theirs your food. Need better leadership and management. This is a jerry Lewis location most suffer from customer service skills. I eat at findlay at least once a day they are on point. The morning crew in Carey is great. In upper Sandusky it’s a joke. Always hateful no one wants to help it’s always a hassle to get a answer. It’s an inconvenience to help the customer. Last time I checked I can spend my money elsewhere and I will. Barely any traffic at lunch time and I pull ahead for two burgers not chicken not fish just burgers. People behind me got their burgers and fries. Won’t be back. Rude hateful associates that hate their job I assume. No reason to take it out on the customer.

Acknowledging the challenges for food and customer service at this time, I am very frustrated by my experience at this McDonald's. I JUST went through the drive through which took longer than usual, but is reasonable since I am sure staff and supply is an issue (as with all food service establishments). However, I received a "shamrock" oreo McFlurry although I did not specify that in my order (I was not told about the promotion, or asked if I wanted this) Understanding that these things happen, I went into the restaurant to request a regular one. The new system of "no contact" and therefore no associates up front to assist customers, meant I had to wait quite some time for assistance (as I am not the kind of person to yell at associates from a distance). Finally someone came out to help another waiting customer and I had to stop him to ask for a replacement. He grudgingly obliged and gave me a regular oreo mcflurry that is half full. I don't have time to ask and wait for another, but I wanted to write a review as despite being patient and polite, I feel I was blatantly "punished" for asking for what I actually ordered AND PAID FOR.

I ordered two double cheeseburgers no pickle no onion and there was only one patty no cheese and they gave me extra pickles and onions when I ordered two double cheeseburgers no pickle no onions then they wanna have me contact door dash when it's sealed by them I doubt door dash took one of my Patty's off both sandwiches and added extra pickle and onions guess I won't be ordering from here ever again especially when I work there!!!!!

Ordered a 4 piece nugget happy meal and you know it's supposed to come with fries and toy and a drink well the only thing that was in the box was nuggets no fries no toy and no drink and they also got my meal wrong I wanted a spicy chicken and large fry and large drink but they decided they wanted to give me a mcdouble and a small fry nothing close of what I ordered! So I had to pull around and park and unload my child to go in to get it fixed was not happy at all!
