Was at this location and got the worst service I ever had in the five years of living in Upper Sandusky. I had to repeat my order multiple times at the box. We then pulled up to the window was handed the wrong item, I then re explained the order and still was asked if I wanted whipped cream in top of drink. As I'm watching the person add the whip cream I see it comes out like water. I then told the person to remake it I was not drinking something with warm whip cream on it, the person said that's how it always comes out I know better. Finally after 20 mins at the window the person gets the order finished and guess what the new bottle of whip cream worked as it should have. Like I said in five years never have I seen poor service from this location training is key...

I wanted to give a rating of NONE but can't. We did a spontaneous visit because we was wanting some ice cream after a long day. Go to order a chocolate dip cone, vanilla cone.. they lady kept asking what we want on the dip. I had to order those two things twice. I was about to give her the rest of our order and the lady gave me the total. I asked if I could finish my order and she said no. We drove off and went to McDonalds bc the man didn't want me to say something to the lady's when went to window. When driving by it looked like bunch of teenagers working. Good luck DQ in upper, we won't be coming back.

Would give zero stars if I could. Walked in to get a blizzard for my dessert after eating at KFC next door. And was told the inside was not open to place an order, I could only order through the drive-thru. Drive-thru is not an option, as I can not fit my semi-truck and 53 foot trailer through the drive-thru. I will never be back to this location.
