Honestly this may now be my new favorite wing spot. I hope it doesn't change. It's a small place but the wing flavors are amazing and the size is so much bigger then that of wingstop and buffalo wild wings. Customer service was awesome and food too about 15 minutes but very much worth the time. They even offer daiquiris you can take to go. Loved this place and will definitely go back!

Just checked in to pick up dinner! Lemon pepper and garlic parm wings! Plus a free pineapple lemonade ! Craig is the man! So sweet and great customer service! ❤ I'm looking forward to the opening of the Cibolo location!

Order a 10 piece all drum Dr. Pepper flavor. Eventually came back really dry and super crunchy. Had to pay additional for extra sauce to grease the wing to be tolerable. Red head at front counter rarely ever at front. Said the wings dry when asked for sauce and they said it was corporate policy to charge for the sauce. This place used to be solid as recently as two years ago, now it a coin toss if your getting decent or mediocre.

First I had called and made sure they accepted Apple Pay because I couldn’t find my wallet lol. They said yes, which is good. We came here because it was the anniversary of Kobe Bryant’s death, and I have heard they had a mural on the wall, honoring the late Kobe. We got there and the very friendly lady who had answered the phone took our order. We told her it was our first time, she mentioned Tuesday was Tender Tuesday for $1 each. We ended up going with that deal, and then for the drink she let us sample some of there delicious pineapple lemonade, and my girlfriend loved it. So we 6 tenders, flavors for Buffalo and Cajun Ranch and ranch dressing. She was also the cook, while we waiting in the dining area. She brought it out to us and they were so big! The tenders were actually a decent size. 2 each filled us up, and the Cajun ranch was so good! Overall great experience for the first time. We’ll definitely be coming back soon! Thanks

Food tasted good. Decent for the price. I can't tell the difference between both barbecue flavors. But sweet potatoe fries are awesome. And bacon cheese fries are good too

This place is expensive, the staff aren't friendly, the wings were ok, the ranch wasn't very good, but their sweet potato fries were great. I got the 10-piece combo, upgraded to SP fries, and 2 ranches= $26 with tip. Wingstop and BWW are not as costly for a 10-piece. They told me it would take 10 minutes, and it took 25- my food was warm but not hot, which confused me. The wings are a decent size but they aren't seasoned well. Will not be going back.

I'm a fan of the franchise, yet only had the food from the former Seguin/Kirby area prior to them closing it down last year. I was surprised to find this one while venturing about the city, so I placed a Togo order and picked it up. I waited 45min to arrive after my order was placed, then waited another 15min before it was ready, they have the bags stapled closed yet assured me the order was correct. I drove 30min home only to discover several portions of my order were incorrect from wing flavors, sauce, and style in addition to my sweet fries being burnt and completely inedible. I was beyond upset and called the store and told them my order was incorrect and the response I received was sorry and "ma'am you should've checked it at the store" so again sorry, to which i responded about the stapled bag and how I'm not looking for free food or my money back I just want my order corrected, plus I'm willing to drive another 30min to return the order and get the correct order I requested having spent $50 and they refused! I ended up trashing the entire order as only 6 of my 20 wings were correct, plus the sweet potatoe fries were burnt and inedible! I heard there's another wingit location near blanco area so I won't give up on the franchise completely, but I won't be patronizing this specific location again. It's upsetting the quality of food and the customer service I received in attempting to resolve my order issues only to be met with denial and accusations of scamming, which shocked me completely. How is it scamming when I'm willing to use my vehicle to drive back across town to pick up the food i originally ordered, while returning the incorrect order! Sad this was my first encounter with this location however, it will be my last!
