Arby's

My crinkle fries were hot and fresh. But the 2 for $6 was not worth it. My chicken was cold. I was hoping for a chicken patty sandwich not tiny chicken strip sandwich. Chicken sandwich was remade it was better but like I said it wasn't what I expected. The curly fries were cold. The ranch sauce tasted spoiled. The water I asked for tasted like dirt water coming from the soda machine. Oh forgot to say their lobby is very beautiful if only their wasn't flies on the window seals. Does anyone know if I decide ever to go to Arby's again will I be able to get a better sandwich for my disappointed day at this Arby's?

The food was good service was fast but only option was the drive thru which I didn't know till I parked got out and went up to the door. Make a sign big enough to read without having to go to the door. Food is cold by the time I get home. Need to open the store for eat in...won't be back till eat in option available. Many other fast food places to eat in.

Drive Thru cashier was completely unprofessional and completely disrespectful. I don't know if the person was a man or a woman bc of the ""lack" of "put together" appearance that the person presented. The Drive thru cashier sounded like a young lady. So, before driving off after I have recieved my order and I politely told the young lady "Have a good Day Ma'am." She told me "Have a good day, Sir." She looked at me and I gave her the most confused look bc I am lady. I don't care if your feelings are hurt. But that was Totally UNPROFESSIONAL. If you had your name tag on, I would of called you by YOUR NAME.
