Subway

Normally love this subway but the woman working was very rude right off the bat. We stood off to the side in the dinning area to collect orders for our family when she asked “Are you going to order anything or-?” She was short with us during the entire interaction and the sandwiches she made were the worst we’ve gotten at a subway. Toppings like the cucumber and spinach were old and we barely were given any toppings. Had to ask multiple times just get the standard amount. Sandwiches were mostly bread, very disappointing.

Apparently basic courtesies don't apply any more. I came in, they were not busy at all, and I walked up to the counter. I smiled and said good afternoon to the worker taking the first part of my order. Sue didn't say a word, just stared at me like she was irritated I didn't just get down to business. I then gave her my order, she responded to my requests as rudely as possible, and the passed on my sandwich to the other rep. The second one was nicer, but still, probably not coming back here.

Please note that I normally do NOT post reviews...but this was so bad, I could not help myself. There were two employees working at the Universal City (near HEB at 910 Kitty Hawk) at 12:23 on October 19th. Watching these two work Was almost physically painful. One employee was just stood near the cash register while the other employee was making sandwiches and I swear he was actually trying to move as slow as possible. He would put a topping on a sandwich then meander to the area in the back only to return to slowly put one item on the same sandwich. As they are doing this, they did not acknowledge a single customer (which by now we’re piling in). I stood in line for exactly 4 minutes with the line not moving and neither employee appearing to have any sense of urgency. I finally left without ordering. I have been in HR for more than 15 years (and a secret shopper for two years) so I know how difficult it is to find people who want to work, but if the manager of this store (I really hope it was not one of these two employees) felt these employees were going to be good hired, then I think the manager would benefit from receiving training on customer service; hiring and motivating employees to be better than this. Essentially, if you have nothing but time to kill and want to be invisible, you will definitely get your moneys’ worth at this store.

I place the order on the online subway app for delivery my order was incorrect I didn't receive my chips or my drink. When asked about how I can get credit or refund for items I never received I was told that they don't have anything to do with door Dash or the company that delivered my order when I ordered from the subway app not DoorDash so I think it's really unprofessional for me to not be compensated or at least given store credit so that I can come in and get it. I paid for items I never received. The manager was really rude as well as the little boy who answered the phone. I should dispute it with my bank since I never received my items and nobody wants to help me
