Taco Bell

The chicken pot pie was awesome. The service was less than stellar. We used apple pay to pay for our food but aligning the phone with the device proved slightly challenging. The guy had an attitude while trying to get it to work. He actually held the device and the phone but was still giving attitude.

I had low blood sugar and stopped for a simple burrito and the girls at the window dropped the change when I handed it to her at the drive thru. Didnt say sorry. They laughed at me. I caught some of the change and was gonna pick the rest up but they still laughed in my direction. I put the change on the window and drove off because it made me upset and then drove back around to ask for a manager and they wouldn't open the window. Then I said I'll just come in and in a threatening tone the girl told me to come on in. Finally the manager came up and told me to leave. She wouldnt even speak to me. I may have been a little upset but I had the right to be. She then accused me of throwing the change at the worker and threatened to call the police if I did not leave. This was on camera. I didnt throw anything at that girl. She claimed she was training her but there is a difference between untrained and unprofessional/incompetent. This was a final straw. They always mess up my orders and I just brush it off but this was blatant disrespect. On multiple occasions they are closed way early with no indication why. Almost everytime I've been a customer here I feel like I'm inconveniencing their hangout session.
