Dunkin'

I've been several times to my children's requests. They have always messed up my order which is honestly no big deal to me. I get it, stuff happens. Especially when busy, younger workers, or new workers. But when I would bring it to their attention that what they handed me was the wrong order or that they misheard my order, I got nothing but defensiveness and attitude. Just fix the order? That's business. I was being understanding but I can't be understanding of refusing to fix an order, multiple times. My kids love the donuts so I know I'll be back but we'll never be ordering anything else from there other than that since I've never had a drink come as per order.

Went there one day and they were all out of donuts, when there today and wanted a frozen coffee and they didn’t have an coffee itself in the middle of the afternoon. Seems to me like i always have a problem with this Dunkin’ and to boot they can never make the drink right the same time. Either it’s to overpowered with something, or not enough.

Have been to this location numerous times while working on the ambulance and always go in with my partners they blunty Infront of me give other first responders half off and every time they do not offer the same discount to me although I am literally a part of the crew. Orders are always messed. The workers are young and make fun of the drive thru customers. Two girls were arguing with each other. The young girl training on the register asked numerous times for help while the older girls rolled their eyes, fixed the order while refusing to talk and properly train the young employee. Horrible place will never return.
