Ruby Tuesday

This was a decent visit to this location. It is always hit or miss here. We LOVE Ruby Tuesday, but this location is very inconsistent. It took FOREVER to get our appetizer - we were glad we had the salad bar, but the bar was a disappointment. There were a lot of items that needed stocked and they are ALWAYS out of croutons! We went there on a Saturday night because all the other places in town had people waiting..they didn't. It wasn't busy. I think people get tired, like us, of the hit or miss of this location! When we finally got our food - it was good, but not really hot considering the wait we endured. We were seated in the bar area....The bartender was pretty attentive until her husband and kids came by. The kids were a distraction and she allowed them behind the bar :-(

On a scale of 1 to 10 id give ruby Tuesdays a 6. Our waiter was very friendly and prompt with refills and food. In my opinion, the menu was a little overpriced, especially the children's menu. The "award-winning" salad bar was small, very small. Eatin parks salad bar is triple the size and cheaper. The seating is close together but comfortable. The bathrooms were ok.

It was the worst meal I have ever had at a Ruby Tuesday's. The salad bar was not fresh, several pans were nearly empty, and the ranch salad dressing was soured. I ordered the Shrimp fondue, was not served until our other food was half gone, and it had been over cooked and wasn't anything close to what we have ordered several times. The bathroom floor was sticky and not clean. There was no sense of order, and just seemed as though too many of the wait staff were bouncing around doing their jobs.

2 March 2019 Probably the most poorly managed and staffed restaurant I've ever been to and I'm a simple person. The Ruby Tuesday sign isn't even turned on outside. We showed up at 6pm. We waited almost 30 minutes to be seated and the restaurant was half empty. (We had 6 people) there was already a table open but the older lady never looked, another 2 six top tables just needed bussed. They had no ranch, no ribs (apparently the staff put ribs in the oven 3 hours ago, but forgot to turn the oven on)... they are out of over half of their desserts, the salad was more brown than anything else. The other additions on the salad bar were equally as poor looking. The only saving grace for the restaurant was our waitress. She is a younger heavy set woman with glasses. Super nice and friendly, been there since open, had a great attitude.

Not real impressed. I was craving a really nice salad bar so we drove a ways just to go there. Parking lot entrance was a bit strange ..was sort of a maze to get to the restaurant. Waiter was a polite & courteous young man. Unfortunately, we were seated in a booth next to the large windows. It was FREEZING! I kept my coat on the entire time & the few customers that came in after us also kept their coats on. Salad bar was just okay, definitely not worth the money though. If you want customers to return...do something about the heat...like turn it up or put in something to circulate it evenly throughout the restaurant.

This place is garbage. The sweet tea I ordered was the WORST I’ve ever had. It tasted like they used it to clean their rags after cleaning a table. The shrimp fondue was average at best except the chips that they served it with tasted like unsalted great-value brand. My burger looked like someone snatched it out of Oscar’s trash can. Not to mention the McDonald’s grade lettuce and week old pickles thrown on it. Overall the atmosphere was sad. Waitress tried too hard to seem pleasing. I would just rather eat a TV dinner and call it a night.

It's been 3 years or so since I was in this restaurant and after today, I do not plan to go again. The place was filthy!! Food on the floor, napkins & straws / straw covers under the tables, crumbs on the seats, a bug wrapped up in my utensil package, numerous tables not cleaned off after patrons had left. The only saving grace is the food. The meals we had were very good - as was the dessert. The salad bar was down to 2 lettuce types - and they were somewhat wilted, but not too badly. Bottom line, the place needs new management!!!
