The food was very good. I had fish and chips. The cod was lightly battered. The chips were home made potato chips. Nicely done and filling My wife had the chicken dish. It was nicely done. We hared the panned roasted beets. It was as good as expected. The wine list was varied and they had several craft beers on draft. If in this area again, we would return.
We had two toddlers, and figured this place would be good since it had an outdoor patio. It was pretty fancy inside and I’m pretty sure everyone cringed when we walked in with my noisy nephew, lol. Thankfully the patio had another little girl raising just as much havoc as RAH. She dumped her Mom’s dinner on the floor, so for once my bad news bear didn’t win rowdiest child in the restaurant! I digress. They had a special going on that we took advantage of. I ordered the steak, I was on vaca of course. I couldn’t pass up a $12 steak. My Mom ordered the half a chicken, which she didn’t enjoy. Something about the meal wasn’t quite right. My steak was great & I had to fight my nephew off of eating all my fries. My favorite part about the place was eating outside & being able to not worry about the mess that the baby made, lol! We really enjoyed eating here and will return on
I went to that restaurant with my husband for my b day. I had reservation 2days ago.
And we ordered the Wednesday night Maine Lobsters. Taste was so good. It's was definitely good with butter. And The Price was awesome for lobsters. But size is small a little. So it's not enough for one meal.
I was still hungry 😁😁. But taste is really good. So i'd like to people are try it once.
And i will visit at there another day.
Ps. Server guy was so kind and nice.
Very accommodating with substitutions that are served with their dinner entrées. Excellent fresh cuisine and service. Warning - if you are planning to dine on the patio in the evening - you’ll want to bring a light sweater or jacket — or ask to have a nearby propane heater turned on. When you are this close to the lakeshore the temperature drops quite fast, especially if there is a 10 to 15 mile an hour breeze.
After spending all day doing the wine trail, Timothy's was actually plan B after our initial choice was not available; the universe works in mysteious ways. The website states: "Trust it to be wonderful." And it was. It was actually spectacular. I had the Wagyu sirloin, and along with the sauce, it was among the best steak I've ever had. My wife had the ribeye. Cooked perfectly, though it was a tad under seasond. Overall, 6 star worthy. The service was at the same level, too. Maya was very knowledgeable and attentive.
Timothy’s definitely lives up to the hype! The overall atmosphere/layout of restaurant is perfect for if you have a large group. Also an amazing back patio area.
We order the ribeye and the snake River wagyu. Both were superb and certainly worth the cost. Also as side note and something that was amazing which totally caught me off guard try out there grilled Cesar salad & the soft shell crab (while in season). Both were amazing!
It was one of the best out to eat dinners I have had in a very long time! Everything was on point! Flavor sensations!
Highly recommended! Consistently great good with fun and friendly service. Always an interesting menu with delicious standards and new items with a creative flair. We like the quality and well priced house wine selections. I wish I knew the name of the charming and welcoming hostess - next time I will make a note. Heather was our server with smart recommendations and a warm smile!
We loved the restaurant. The food was excellent. Sylvia did a great job even though she was so busy. Loved the decor. Only slight negative was it was loud.
After coming to Timothy's to dine for years, we hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner there and had an amazing experience. We worked with Starla to set up a menu and accommodate our 50 guest party, and she was great to work with, providing direction on how to best make the dinner work for our party. We were set up in the Woodland Room looking out over their garden, and our guests all commented on the great decor and view.
On the food front, we knew from experience, but our guests really enjoyed the appetizers, especially the calamari with curry sauce and Bang Bang Shrimp. Our steak, chicken, and fish entrees were also fantastic. As the wine was flowing and the meals were served, ace servers Rachel and Christie did an amazing job ensuring everyone was taken care of.
Our guests all complimented us on the food, service, and ambiance - huge thanks to the team at Timothy's for a great rehearsal dinner!
Great experience. Service was exceptional particularly from John and manager Starla, and our server Meghan. Food was superb. Pics below we couldn’t wait to eat so partial food shots sorry. Very cool interior. Family friendly dining room and fun date spot in the bar area. Totally recommended!
Always a good dining experience at Timothy's. The fried cauliflower is an excellent appetizer. They have really good seafood dishes and soup as well.
