Buffalo Wild Wings

The service was horrible from start to finish the lady at the entrance demanded everyone to have masks which is understandable but not when the waitress herself wasn’t wearing hers secondly we were sat too close to a couple which was very uncomfortable since there was only a feet of distance separating us so we asked if we could be seated in one of the many empty tables they refused even though the place was basically empty making no sense for her to place us so close to someone else. third we ordered 20 pieces of wings but only got 15 and the 15 pieces were dumped on top of each other mind you they were different flavors yet we didn’t complain at that point we just didn’t care anymore Finally I revived the bill and we were charged for the 20 wings so I corrected her and had our bill changed all that wouldn’t have bothered me and I understand people make mistakes but it was her rude attitude and lack of effort that caused me to write this review

Work force is short so business tries to make one employee do work of 3 people. So your gonna shortcut on hygiene, quality,much more. I found chicken wing with feathers still on it. Its gros and made me puke. Other piece is crushed bone in side wing . That from chicken wing being crushed before killing. The blood gets in meat then cooks Whats this last piece all dried up and half meat is gone

Our first time ever here, we spent 80 four 4 people to eat. We were not impressed at all. I had the Brisket burger, it was small and dry and crunchy, that's not how you Brisket. Will never come back here again, McDonalds, burger King and sonic are better than this place and they aren't great right.

Online ordering was down, which isn’t a big deal since you can just call it in. However, when I tried calling in the food, I was placed on hold for about 5 minutes. I hung up, and tried calling again several times within 30 minutes and nobody picked up. The wings are usually under sauced anyways and the price you pay isn’t worth the bad service or food you get. If you want good wings, go to Applebees or something instead

Food is good but their costumer service could use some work. They will only prioritize costumers who dine in. I mostly get orders to go because I have social anxiety and that place is always busy. They will not give me ranch or salary that comes with a normal wings. Sometimes they tell me they are out but then while I'm waiting for my order people come in and they give them ranch and salary.... Or they will give me my wings really dry almost without sauce and I see the costumers plate and their wings are dripping of sauce.
