Great food and great service! Food was very good and my daughter enjoyed her meal as well. Got a coffee cake for breakfast today and everyone loved it!
The service was very friendly and sincere. My bagel breakfast sandwich was awesome!! Coffee was great too. 👍

I decided to try the new pepperoni & sausage flat bread pizza. I also got two free items/rewards today from being a loyalty member.
The pizza arrived but was missing the sausage, the staff said to keep the mistake and they'd make me the correct one - even when I said this one was fine. To me, professionalism is not what you do when things go right, but how you handle a mistake. THEY DID MORE THEN ASKED!!
This was my first time to try any flat bread pizza here - BOTH were wonderful and, of course, I had plenty for dinner tonight.
Note: This the first mistake they have ever made on my order. I just wish I lived closer, so I could eat here more often!!

Best mac-n-cheese, or top 3 for sure. The bagels are superb and then you get different flavor whipped butters to go along with them! Sounds like no big deal, you have to find out for yourself. They have a new Tai chicken soup that is awesome. Prices and service are great. Only downside, when they get busy they are busy.
Ordered a family feast with some desserts. Delicious as usual. Only complaint is that there were a lot of dirty tables limiting my choice of seating.
Excellent customer service. Food made to order. I enjoy all the plants that have made their way into the establishment. It is refreshing. Also, the pastries are always a hit at the office. Love Panera!
Gotta love the food and how fresh it is! Forget the soda because their drinks are beyond any kind of soda. The teas and charged lemonades are out of this world! The veggies always crisp and the cookies always sweet, this is a must see.
Every time I go to my local Panera I very great customer service. As someone who works with the public I know that we are all human and mistakes can happen. A mistake was made on my order yesterday and I explained that I would not be able to get back until the next day. Sherry told me that they would make it right. When I returned today they indeed not only made it right but went above and beyond. Thank you!!
