Panera Bread

10/25/2021 (5 Stars) I decided to try the new pepperoni & sausage flat bread pizza. I also got two free items/rewards today from being a loyalty member. The pizza arrived but was missing the sausage, the staff said to keep the mistake and they'd make me the correct one - even when I said this one was fine. To me, professionalism is not what you do when things go right, but how you handle a mistake. THEY DID MORE THEN ASKED!! This was my first time to try any flat bread pizza here - BOTH were wonderful and, of course, I had plenty for dinner tonight. Note: This the first mistake they have ever made on my order. I just wish I lived closer, so I could eat here more often!! I'll be back!!

Best mac-n-cheese, or top 3 for sure. The bagels are superb and then you get different flavor whipped butters to go along with them! Sounds like no big deal, you have to find out for yourself. They have a new Tai chicken soup that is awesome. Prices and service are great. Only downside, when they get busy they are busy.

I was very excited to go to Panera Breads since there isn’t one where I live. I use to go to one when I was in college and loved it. Tonight’s experience completely ruined the entire experience for me. I recommend and talked my family and friends into go there and I have never regretted a recommendation so much. The service was awkward. The restaurant was dark an unwelcoming. The food was embarrassing. My husband and another friend had the steak and swiss sandwich. I’m not exaggerating when I say there was two messily thin strips of steak on each 1/2. I actually thought they forgot to put the meat in it. Our two chicken ceasers were sad as well, maybe and I mean maybe 3 pieces of sliced chicken on the salad and no where close to enough dressing provided to have any taste to it and I actually pride myself on use a very small amount of dressing when going to a restaurant. The only good thing was the broccoli cheddar soup, it was hot and full of taste. Unfortunately we got this meal to go So there was nothing we could do about it by the time we got home. I wish we would have gone anywhere else so I could still have my great memories of Panera when I was in College .

Every time I go to my local Panera I very great customer service. As someone who works with the public I know that we are all human and mistakes can happen. A mistake was made on my order yesterday and I explained that I would not be able to get back until the next day. Sherry told me that they would make it right. When I returned today they indeed not only made it right but went above and beyond. Thank you!!
