Denny's Union Gap

Upon walking in we notice jam or other food product splattered on the pick up sign. Which should of been our sign to leave. We were seated. Our table was dirty. We ordered. The food came and the meats we ordered were not hot. Barely warm at best. My toast wasn't even toasted and smothered in butter that could even melt. Burnt stuff on the pancakes. Under cooked hashbrowns. The waitress literally only came to give the food and check. We had to go to the host to ask for boxes. Attached is pictures of our food.

This was by far my worst Denny's experience, and I've been going to Denny's for many years! I placed an online order for curbside pickup at 10:45am; no one answered the phone. I went inside, said I was there for a pickup, gave my name, and was told they would check on it. I waited 20 minutes, and asked again; again I gave my name and was told they would check on it. No one came back to let me know the progress of my order. I waited another 20 minutes (now around 11:30), then asked again about my order, which I then had to give my name AGAIN, and AGAIN was told they would check. At 11:45, an hour after my order should have been done, I was told the order must have gone to the other Denny's on Fruitvale, and was told to go there. I asked that someone call to confirm before I drove across town. They called, and no, I did not have an order there. I opened my confirmation email with the receipt, 2 employees looked at it, went to the kitchen, came out and told me the order never came through! Then, she asked if she could just take my phone to the cook so he could start my order...which was weird, but at this point I just wanted my husbands birthday crepes, so I said yes. She went to the back with my phone and minutes later came back out without my phone! I had to ask 2 more people about getting my phone! Finally, after waiting about an hour and a half, I got my food...It wasn't very good! I will not be going back to that Denny's, which is a shame, because I work fairly close and my co-workers and I like to get breakfast there from time to time...saddest part, no one seemed apologetic...such a shame!

What a wonderful evening at dennys. It was quite busy with a large top but the staff was amazing friendly and caring and polite they they were courteous and no matter how busy it was they still were able to take care of everybody else without getting upset our waitress was absolutely the sweetest thing I do believe her name was Melody and she was so polite and every and the restaurant still clean the food was wonderful I'm very filling I just can't get over the staff though you want a good experience and good food and wonderful waitresses check out the Denny's in Union Gap Yakima County

This Dennys is pretty clean and tasty for the price! I love eating breakfast at all times of the day and dennys provides just that :) their pancakes taste better than the last time I had them years ago so they must’ve improved something… oh also the food got out FAST! Hot fresh and ready to eat and I couldn’t be happier with service l received.

I ate there yesterday and the moment I stepped inside -- I already hated myself. There was a strand of hair on my father's plate, food stains occasionally on most surfaces like the walls, and the toilets were all clogged up. I had diarrhea for 2 days straight -- and I am currently losing this godforsaken battle in the bathroom. I am going to the hospital today. The only positive thing about the place was the man who took our order was nice and the removal of the smoking area. THAT WAS IT.
