Mcdonald's

Slow does not describe this location. They only had about 3 cars in drive the through and I noticed there was three orders ahead of me when I ordered inside. I had 15 minutes to wait. I only ordered a sausage mcmuffin,because I have been here before and thought might have to leave because of being slow. After 15 minutes, none of the orders had been filled. One lady came back missing two sandwiches and a door dash driver just left w/o picking up the order. I cut my losses and let them keep my order. I will never go back to this location. I noticed they don't thank the customers either. Owners better get control or will be out of business.

We ordered our food which took a while to get there and then only the order was partially filled correctly. The employees were funny they went ahead and corrected it only to find out we had to go backup to the counter again to get it right over the deserts. People a job's not done until it's done right

I stop at this location frequently, and it's usually slow ordering and the last several times I have got the wrong food. I'm not one to complain a lot, but this is happening regularly at this location. They repeat the order back correct, but then it's wrong when I get to where I'm going and open it. Very disappointing and dissatisfied today

I was just in the drive thru and all I asked was a large sweet tea and a apple pie. Then when I came to the window this girl asked me $10 I didn't order that much I asked two things and then something else I told her I wanted a large sweet tea and a apple pie. I got the large sweet tea but no apple pie only got a egg, bacon and cheese biscuit. Yall need to listen more and train people more and adjust yalls adittutes

Extremely rude "order taker". Kept saying "ok what else you want" Once I did place my order, "next window". I pull up amd literally have to honk the horn to get her to open the 1st drive thru window and she just puts her hand out with no eye contact at all. After that, waited ar the 2nd window for another 5 minutes. All I ordered here was a FROZEN COKE This location on the Loop/Pauluxy has got to be by far the worst. And thats saying a lot
